Joe's Window washing and Pressure washing

Took less than 10 minutes. Seemed too expensive for the amount of time spent doing the work.

Joe was prompt, courteous and pleasant to deal with.

Joe came out with an assistant to do the work. He was punctual and extremely professional. My windows turned out fantastic. I will definitely use him again next year to clean the windows and the house.

On his advertisement he has the size and amount he charges for cleaning windows. I called and asked my questions and he was very nice. I counted my windows and made an appointment for Joe to come out and clean my windows. He and his partner came out to the house a little early but it was perfect timing for us. I asked him to go around the house with me and count the windows to make sure I did the math right and I miscounted a certain window. I counted the window as one and it was considered 2. The price was still good and he and his partner got right to work. They were done in an hour for our house. I thought Joe was very nice. They were nicely dressed clean cut men. I will have them come out and clean my windows again.

Unfortunately, even though Angie's List sent me the offer, the provider was not in my service area. Disappointed that Angie's List cannot be more precise in their advertisements of services to their members. This contractor contacted me within 24 hours to notify me. (He was very definitely, much too far away!).

The pressure washing price was different than what was quoted over the phone. I was charged an additional $25 to clean lights? This was never discussed. Overall price came in higher than quoted by other providers in the same industry. I picked Joe's because I wanted to support local small business. I would not use again.

He wanted extra to clean the inside window sills. With the money we paid felt like it should have included this. He did a good job other than that.

We had a few scheduling issues on both sides however he was there on time. He did a nice job and gave me reasonable estimates on some other work. I had requested that he bring his pressure washer for some additional work and he did not bring it so I was unable to get that done. I was unhappy that he undid my hose, rolled it all the way out and did not put it back the way he found it. Not in itself a big deal, it did knock a point off professionalism. You should leave it the way you found it or better than you found it. Overall pleased with work and price.

It was great - windows/screens cleaned and put back in. Used a squeegee on the windows and they looked fantastic! Have already used them again

Joe did an excellent job- The windows are sparkling! We hired him to return and pressure wash the house and clean our pool screens and patio. Definitely pleased with his service.

They were running late, but called ahead of time to let me know. I only rated them "Fair" overall, because I was disappointed in the degree to which they cleaned the track underneath each screen and did not clean the track underneath the windows, at all. Upon discussing my disappointment, it was explained that the advertised deal did not cover cleaning the track underneath the windows. They did offer to return and provide the cleaning, which I declined. I guess my real disappointment is the special offer did not clearly outline the details of the offer in a way that excluded cleaning the track underneath each window. I would not have purchased the Groupon if I had known. The vendor seemed to be very hard working and committed to providing quality service. They did mention they were a little over whelmed by the volume of business the special deal generated. To be fair, I would only suggest better clarity between the vendor and the customer to ensure higher satisfaction for both parties.

Joe was very punctual and very efficient. He got all of our windows sparkling clean and did a fantastic job. He was very cordial and helpful. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs his service done to their homes. We will definitely be back!

Joe's Window Washing was prompt in setting up an appointment with me to wash my outside windows of my home. He arrived promptly at the designated time and had my windows clean in no time. The offer I purchased was for 25 windows however I exceeded that limit by one or two windows which he graciously threw in for no extra cost. He also offered me a quote on power washing my drive, cleaning my gutters and chemical washing the outside of my house. There was no pressure to hire him for these services - he presented the quotes on a slip of paper that I might consider in the future. These are maintenance jobs that do/will need to be done at our house in the near future so I was happy to get the hassle-free quotes. Joe was very pleasant, did a great job and I would definitely recommend him to others.
