Excellent! Professional!!

He is very detailed and an excellent worker! We agreed on an hourly rate. However, the job took 6 hours to complete. I had previously done similar work and took 3-4 hours. Next time I would negotiate the price by the job. Regardless, very satisfied with his work!

He showed up as expected and did the job I requested at the agreed-upon price. Please note that he does not except credit cards at this time he only excepts cash or checks. Even though he cut a switch all in the wrong location and didn’t tell me about it I would still hire him again. Primarily because he is a good guy and does honest work.

He was very knowledgeable ...fan blades were loose he offered to tighten them for me .. I decided to have him replace the fan instead.... new fan does a great job

Joe is very personable and knowledgeable about his work. He is very prompt in scheduling the job even to the same day as he's called. He always wants to know if I'm happy with the work and whether there is anything else he could do. This was actually the third project in our home he's work on.

I called Joe at 10AM in the morning to install a ceiling fan and he showed up a few hours later and I was very pleased. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

There were three issues, Joe corrected a wrong circuit breaker type in main breaker box, restoring power to the laundry room wall outlet. Confirmed power to a 13 yr old failed on demand water heater and encountered one small issue when running new service for an over-range microwave regarding the TYPE of outlet installed; Joe returned and swapped out the errant outlet promptly the next day and there was no supplemental charge... all other work WAS as his status indicated... 'Master' grade.

Joe was prompt and courteous. Installed two high ceiling fixtures in our kitchen very quickly. Highly recommend Joe and will use his services again in the future.
