Good service. Not the cheapest, but they are reliable and professional.

It went well. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. They welcome you to call them for retreatment if you notice something that requires attention between your regular seasonal appointments. They are easy to deal with. Use the Angie's List coupon if it's available.

They did not show up on time (They agreed to arrive between 8 and 9 AM. I informed Truly Nolan in advance that I needed service early in the morning. The technician called me at 9:30 AM to inform me that he will be leaving his office. When I explained that I our contract indicated he would arrive between 8 and 9, he stated there was a "mixup at the office" with no apology. For this reason, I canceled their service.This is supposed to be an ongoing service (about 4 times per year) and I would rather not spend my weekends waiting around for them to show up when they please.) ------------------------------------------------------- Aug 27 2011 The above was my initial response. Truly Nolan has since contacted me to correct this problem. I am impressed with their customer service - they followed up on missed appointment. They rescheduled and promised to send a different technician - who did show up on time. In addition, they called about a week later for a followup to see if the ant problem was gone. The ant infestation was greatly reduced, but we still had many ants. They came for a followup spraying and, again, they arrived on time. I would recommend Truly Nolan. My guess is the first technician just wasn't very professional. That one person's lack of professionalism doesn't seem to represent the company as a whole. ------------------- Jan 24 2011 Beware: Truly Nolen's contract auto-renews itself. Meaning, they will enter you into another year of service once the previous expires, WITHOUT asking you. When I got a bill for another year of service, I spoke with a rep in November about how I NEVER agreed to auto-renew. They told me to disregard the notice. Yesterday (Jan 23 2011) I received a collection notice from a third party!!

The whole process from introduction thru inspection and work done was professional and excellently performed.

I've had Nolen for the last 3 years. I pay per service and its $180 for every 3 months. My interaction with them has been fine. With what they do, they do a fine job. I'm alright with the price. I would continue to use them in the future.

The gentleman who came by to do the inspection and the pricing had a great personality. He was on time and provided lots of information. He was highly accessible as well - I really enjoyed that. They had good reviews on Angie?s List too, so I chose them. About a week after that, the actual fumigator came by and did his work. I was not at home, but my wife was. We looked at the brochure and compared that against the work that was actually done. We were not convinced that all the things in the brochure were actually done. The good thing was that when I called to raise the issue, they immediately offered to come by. I told them that I liked the inspector but was not so sure about the fumigator. They were good enough as a company to have them both come out to see me at the same time a few days later. The fumigator stood by his work and insisted that he had done a good job. What I liked was that he actually gave me his phone number and asked me to call him if I found something, and he assured me that he would come by and make things right; and that was what happened recently. I called him and told him that I had seen some roaches and I wanted him to come over and take a look - he is going to come again this Saturday. The price is okay comparatively if I break it down by month, but they are not coming by default every month; it is kind of more expensive.

We liked the reviews we read about them and hired them for a year. They came out when they said they would and worked quite fast. They would come to the house every three months and perform the service. Their price was also decent compared to the other companies. We chose them not only because they had the best price, but also because they provided the best service.

They went to the house to do an estimate and the representative met with me to tell me about what to expect, etc. They were very precise about what to expect. They gave me an agreement and guarentee for the work. They told me what I needed to do before the tenting and how to prepare. They also answered all of my questions. He was a little late coming for the appointment, I called to make sure he was on his way and he got there within ten minutes. I think they were very professional and they will be coming next week to do the work.

It was very difficult to get someone for the company to come out and do a walk through with me. They gave me estimate 2 years and offered to honor that price which was more than fair. But it was nearly impossible to get them to come out to our home. It seems they are very overwhelmed with all the work there is in South Florida at this time.

They came and gave an estimate. They also performed a free pest inspection. They offered several treatments and they were flexible with their rates. They were the most knowledgeable of all the 3 people who came. Their inspection was a lot more thorough and he explained my options very well. I would continue to use them in future.

I have used other people before, and I am much happier with them. They are the only ones who took care of the ants and really got the job done. They are always professional.

This is definitely worth the money I am spending to solve my problem. It is a small price to pay to make my home safer from this problem. I have been very pleased with how I have been treated by this company and will continue to use their service and refer them to others.

I would not use a company who cant even keep an appointment.

The Ken saleman was very courteous and thorough. Arrived on time. Explained the process and what I expect what the company.

TRULY NOLAN DID A VERY GOOD JOB. ADDITIONALLY, THEY CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER TO SEE IF I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH A COMPANY THAT TAKES THE TIME TO FOLLOW UP WITH A CUSTOMER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES NOW AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ALWAYS CALL A DAY IN ADVANCE TO LET ME KNOW THEY WILL BE COMING, WHICH IS VERY CONVENIENT.

I WAS NOT EXACTLY THRILLED WHEN THIS COMPANY ARRIVED. I THOUGHT THAT THEIR EQUIPMENT LOOKED OLD AND OUT DATED. EVEN LOOKED AS THOUGH THEIR TANKS MIGHT HAVE BEEN LEAKING. I AM HOPING FOR THE MONEY I PAID THEY AT LEAST GOT THE JOB DONE.

THEY ARE A REALLY GOOD COMPANY WITH REALLY GOOD EMPLOYEES. THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS THAT THEY RAISE THEIR PRICES QUITE OFTEN.
