Guillermo did an outstanding job. On time and on budget. No surprises at all. Exactly what I wanted done. I hired Guillermo to power was my 5 bedroom house that we use as a vacation rental in the Sandestin Resort. I do not live in the area, so we communicated by phone and text. We did a video call once he completed the work, which allowed me to sign off on the job. The house looked brand new! I am very impressed with the pride he takes in his work and in communicating with me. I highly recommend Guillermo and American Cleaning Solutions.

This company runs a highly professional and customer oriented business. They were on time and extremely thorough. There really isn’t enough I can say about this company. I don’t usually leave a review unless I have something to say. So if you’re looking for someone to actually clean your house, these are the people you want. I will be calling them again in the future.

Use them they were great

Many delays to power wash exterior of house due to inclement weather. However, when work was finally done the person doing the job did not put outside items back as originally discussed. They were placed in backyard and not returned to ordinal location. Worker was gone before I discovered the issue.

Guillermo and his crew did a great job with the post-construction cleaning at our place. This was needed after replacing the attic insulation after a family of raccoons were trapped and relocated from the attic. While removal of the old insulation wasn't a problem, blowing in the new insulation resulted in a fine layer of cellulose powder throughout the house. I was also very pleased with the flexibility Guillermo provided when scheduling the cleaning. He was able to adjust his schedule to accommodate our schedule. I thought the price for this deep cleaning was fair and will hire American Cleaning Solutions when we have a need for similar services in the future.
