I guess it took him about an hour and I looked at the window, made sure it was working properly as he started to clean up. I really didnt notice that it wasnt completely right as it was hot outside and I had kids inside and was kind of watching him with his shopvac to make sure all the glass was being vaccuumed. So then came time to pay in which he charged me more than what the quoted me on the phone due to being out of his area. So either way I was stuck, and he only took cash. I kept saying to myself, i shouldve gone with a reputable company, but of course it was too late now..Also I later found out that there was still glass in my driveway as i do walk without my shoes sometimes and as I stepped on it and cutting my foot, I could tell it was the thick glass used for windows so now i had to proceed to clean up the rest of what Sergio, who i wish I never would have called, didnt do a very thorough job overall.. I really wasnt thrilled but was glad that the inside of my car wasnt getting ruined since it is rainy season. So as I drove the car all thru the summer, I never really put down the windows except maybe to air out the hot, since I live in Florida and the air is running 100 percent of the time until October, November, This was when I noticed that the passenger window was never set properly as it used to go down by itself with the driver door without having to hold it. But now it dawned on me that i had to hold it every time and was asking myself, what did or didnt he do?.So as I tried to remember the name of this company, I kinda got busy with other activities, school, single parent, it wasnt a top priority at the time, since my son had an accident, had to have surgery, rehab, then the holdays come and I just kept forgetting as well as forgot what the name of the company was since his business is a few towns away.. So one day going through papers, i find this receipt and was so happy, hoping that, I could call them to see if he will come out and take a look at the window because ironically by this time, my window didnt work at all anymore.Like it wouldnt go down as I tried a few times and then i just left it just in case it started to but I didnt want it to get stuck down. I immediately went and found the receipt and called this guy, Sergio, who was nice but with an attitude, on the phone as I was telling him it seemed like it was never on track, or just could he come back out to look at it.(.Incidently I found on his website he states 100 percent guaranteed that he does the best job or will fix it.). Meanwhile Im still on the phone with him and he then proceeds to tell me there will be a fee to come out if its not his problem .Well its all in the window, so what part would NOt be his problem? So i just said fine becaise I wanted him to come out and see that it was his problem and that he would fix it. So we make an appointment for last Friday in which he never showed or called to tell me he wasnt coming. I waited around as he never showed and I went to my Drs. appts. So now it is the following Wednesday, in which i forgot about it but then remembered because I have his receipt on my frig, so I called him and said Hey sergio, I think we had an appt. last week and you never showed? and he was like oh ya Leslee, ya in Lake worth right?? and I said yep and he was like, oh my bad,do you want to reschedule? and Im like yes, and he states again, now remember there is a 30 dollar fee if its not my problem, and I just Said Fine, When can you come out and he was like well what day is good for you? and I was just like well Friday is good but I have an appt. so and then he says well how bout next week and I was just like LOok, I really would like to get this fixed and you keep bringing up this other fee, and what happened to guarantees, I guess I shouldve gone with another company and he basically said well you go and do that then. and HUNg up on me.. So Now I am screwed of 160.00 and have to go pay someone else to fix what this UNPRofessional with an attitude did to me and nobody loses but me.Thank YOu Sunny shine Auto.. I hope your Karma cloud comes and stays there for good. And dont put guarantees and lies on your website that you cant follow through with. Now on to the BBB..HOpe Angie removes your business for being extremely unprofessional and Unqualified..

-I gave Sergio the job and he said he'd be at my home at 11am the next day (Sept. 25, 2014). Sergio was 45 minutes late, he called me claiming he had the wrong address. Once he was here, I asked how long the job would take, he replied about 30 minutes. Sergio starts work on the window replacement. Around 1:15pm Sergio discovered that he had the wrong sized window, this is after l pointed out the the already installed window wouldn't completely close, he then left. It took him approximately 3.5 hours to leave/return the window/come back to my home with the proper window. Sergio claimed that the local distributor didn't have it and he had to go to N. Miami to get it. Sergio worked on the window from about 4pm to 7:30pm. Sergio had trouble getting the electric rear view mirrors to wrong (they worked appropriately prior to him touching the car). At 7:30pm Sergio knocked at my door and stated, "You can fire me or let my employee with Mini Cooper window replacement experience come tomorrow and do the job." I agreed to let the Sergio's Mini Cooper experienced window installer do the job; we discussed times, he offered coming to my job, I declined for fear of bad weather. We agreed that his employee would be at my home at 4pm the next day (after l was off work) as I get home regularly around that time.
-On Sept. 26, 2014 Sergio's employee (a tall thinly built African man of Caribbean decent) arrived late @ 4:45pm. Prior to arriving he called and stated that he was lost and offered to complete the job on Sat. and I rejected the Sat. suggestion. Sergio's employee worked on installing the window unsuccessfully until 7:45pm. I noticed that Sergio's employee wrapped an internal door handle piece with blue painters tape, claiming it was just temporary until they got the door handle working properly. Both Sergio & his employee promised to return Sat. morning at 9am.
-On Sept. 27, 2014 @ 9:30am, neither Sergio nor his employee had shown up at my home. I called Sergio there was no answer, so I left a message inquiring about their whereabouts. In the message l also said that Sergio has to be more professional if he wants to run a business. Sergio return my call at 10am, promising to be here in 30 minutes. He arrived at my home at 10:30am and said he was quitting the job and that I could just pay him for the partially installation. I refused to allow him to do this, there was a heated verbal exchange, finally Sergio offered names of other installers stating that I could just pay him $75.00 for the glass itself and again I refused. I reminded him that one of his slogans is "100% Customer Satisfaction" and that it is incumbent upon him to ensure that I was not lied to nor inconvenienced any further, which meant that he should set up this job. Sergio is supposed to call me on Mon. with appointment times/names of other installers that can come and complete the job that he started. I agreed to pay the originally quoted price of $210.00. We agreed and Sergio left at 10:45am.
-Sergio promised to call me on Monday (09/29/14) to make me aware of the arrangements for my car window to be repaired. He did not call me.
-It's (09/30/14), I am going to call another mobile auto window repair business to fix my car. It's been more than a week of frustration for a window replacement that should have taken all of two hours.
