Initially it was difficult to get a locked-in start date, but that is likely due to the fact that he is so highly rated on Angie's List and is booked up weeks in advance. Anthony seems like a stand-up guy who calls it like he sees it. His workers are polite and quite capable at their trade. Overall Anthony and his crew did a nice job. Only concern was that the job took longer than originally anticipated, but that seems to happen with every project. We are considering a bathroom remodel and will likely hire Anthony for the job.

Anthony's operation is FIRST CLASS. His operation is PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL and RESPONSIVE. I would HIGHLY recommend them. WHY am I giving a glorious review to Anthony and his crew? Because they did the job right where other contractors didn't. I'll cut to the chase. I got burned by three contractors that were just horrible for my bathroom remodel. These South Florida contractors will make a good first impression, start the work and then take on a bunch of other jobs and put your project on the back burner. Every single one quoted 1 week, started and work would stretch to 1 month+ before I would have to let them go. I needed someone that could correct all the shoddy work that the previous contractors did. In other words, perform a miracle. After interviewing another 2 contractors, I found Anthony on Angie's list. Anthony showed up on time and was very professional. I told him everything that happened in the past and was very clear: "I need someone that will show up when they say they will, do the job they say they are going to do and finish the job when they promise it will be finished". He quoted me a flat fee to do the whole bathroom. He said he could do it in the time promised and we see signed a contract. Well, his crew showed up on time. They started the bathroom and he personally looked over all details. He also was personally involved in the whole process doing the actual work. He was always in constant contact, keeping me updated and sending photos of progress. They promised in about a week and wow - they did it in about a week!!! There were a few touch ups needed on paint areas, like any job, but they came back immediately the next day and finished that up. Bathroom looked amazing. Loved the tile work and frame less shower door. Anthony is licensed and runs a reputable operation. He has his own crew and holds them to work at high standards. He has been in the business for a while. You can tell he likes what he does and has pride in his work. His pricing is fair and worth every penny. This is your house, you want the job done right and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Anthony.

I sought quotes from may companies to lay the tile. 3 from Angie's List and a few others from shops that sell tile. Anthony's was the only company from Angie's List to respond. Anthony's quote was also among the best pricing from all quotes (about 4 of them). They weren't the least expensive but they were very close. A few things about them made me choose them over others: The quote was free of charge, like many others, but those that did charge to come out and scope the job were excluded. In my experience all tile installers will tile you their starting per square foot instal rate. This allows one to get an idea of cost without having to set up a visit. Anthony's pricing was very competitive so I had him visit my home. His many years of experience, especially when installing cheaper tile ($1.49/sqft, made in China porcelain), left me confident the job would be done to my liking. I wanted 1/16th inch grout lines or less. He said they could do it. Other installers required at least 1/8 inch. He delivered on this promise. He's verbal assurances that his team would be responsive to my requests and would leave the job site until I was happy. The instal team delivered on this promise. His installers have been working for him for years. I measure the value of a company by it's employee satisfaction, not just the personality of the owner and their ability to sell. His friendliness didn't hurt and he seemed very honest and trustworthy. This proved to be true. I didn't know this at the time but when the job was finished he followed up immediately, before his team left to make sure I was happy. He was adamant that I be 100% satisfied while they were still on the job site. He then followed up by stating to let him know if anything arose later to let him know. Definitely doesn't seem like his operation is a get the job done and run. My wife and I plan on purchasing many homes in the future and will be using Anthony again without question.

My outdated bathroom was transformed into a beautiful new look. Anthony and his team were very professional and ensured I was pleased throughout the job. I have another bathroom that I will contract Anthony for in the future.

Outstanding!! Anthony and his team are very professional. Their workmanship is excellent, they arrived on-time every morning, were clean and totally aware of our pets and our needs. They were very polite, had a positive attitude, answered all our questions, and cleaned up their materials each evening. We would definitely use them again and we highly recommend Anthony and his team!!

Had Anthony and his crew remodel my master bathroom. He did such a wonderful job, I just had him remodel a second bathroom. He replaced the bathtub, replaced all the tile, replaced shower enclosure, replaced vanity and all the lighting. The tile is beautiful . Anthony does a spectacular job of tiling. It's perfect! Could not ask for a better remodel project!!!

I was very impressed with Anthony's crew of workers. They were very polite ,came on time and most importantly they cleaned up after themselves. Anthony did all the tile work himself.....and he did a FANTASTIC job! He promised very little grout and he delivered. There was a delay with the shipping of my glass borders (not Anthony's fault) he called me daily with updates. He even works on Saturdays to get the job done. I like the fact that he passed all his "trade" discounts ( example tile and shower door) along to me. My only regret is NOT using Anthony's granite guy for my counter top. He takes care of everything from ceiling to floor. I plan on keeping Anthony very busy with remodeling my master bathroom and laying new tile in my hallway.

Most important, prompt everyday, never missed a day! Anthony was great, gave suggestions as what to choose. The crew was awesome ?.always a good attitude and friendly! Made sure that we were satisfied with the job and experience!

Anthony and his crew are wonderful. Did a beautiful job on the shower and linen closet. All tile work was done very well. Vanity is due to be installed in 5 days. Anthony was honest and very responsive to all requests. His crew were very hard workers and were very nice. Did a beautiful job on all the work done. Vanity to come, but, expect it to be top quality like everything else. The remodel was done much quicker than I expected, which was wonderful. The whole experience has been exceptional. Planning on having him do a second bathroom in March. So glad I found him on Angie's List!

The tiling was very, very well done! He is a nice guy, just some slight communication issues.

.Hollow tiles, grout different color and cracking. Bathroom subcontracted to sombody who was not professional. who did terible job. Mirror in in the corner instead centered over the vanity cabinet, painting is uneven. Behind the cabinet and the toilet he didn't finish painting. Didn't know how to instal a new Kohler toilet I have to call him many times to came back to correct the fob which is still not completed. Last time he didn't showed up or even called. He told me that hollow tiles are normal and it is called voids and that every home has hollow tiles. Response to Anthony response: Nobody ever refused the job for me> I told evey contractor that I had problem before with water coming from under the tiles. I choose Anthony because he told me that he has 25 years experience. He wrote on the contract that if I ever had problem with the water coming he will remove the tile free of charge. This is the reason I removed the tile in the closed and there wasn't much tinset in the middle.. Anthony looks like he is very busy man however he only has very few reviews. He works with people who are not licensed and don't know what they are doing. I invite anybody to see the job Antony did in my house. I want him to replace every hollow tile and properly grout the floor. And finally finish the bathroom which he promised to do. However he never come back. My house is open to anybody who wants to see Antony work.

Anthony and crew replaced my falling apart shower. The over all shower replacement was very good. The tile used in shower looks just like marble and really dresses up bathroom. Tile Design did what they promised and were on time each visit. Crew was polite, cooperative and listened to my concerns without "rolling their eyes" as other contractors have done and did very good work. They always cleaned up after a days work so bathroom was usable. We picked out our tile and Anthony delivered it along with supplies.

I did a quick search on Angie's list and found that Anthony had excellent reviews and was also located close to us - but - I seriously wondered if he would even consider a job so small ? Decided to give him a call and ask - nothing ventured, nothing gained ? Much to my amazement, he came out the following day to see what was involved - gave me a reasonable quote and was back 3 days later to do the job ! He was here a total of 2 hours - did a really nice job - and I can guarantee you I will NOT have to worry about my mother slipping in the shower now !! This was just a quick fix (because my mother is coming down from up north to spend the winter with us this fall) - but - we will definitely use Anthony again (at some point in the future) if we decide to remodel our entire master bath !

Nick and Nick worked on our house, and they were absolutely fantastic. Nick C. is whom I contacted for the job (a friend referred him), and from day 1 he was a consummate professional. He initiates contact, returns calls and texts, and provides timely information. We were so impressed by the work ethic and positive attitude of both Nicks. They are artists who have a talented eye for tile design and who take pride in their work. It is difficult to find quality people in South Florida, but Nick and Nick are two honest, trustworthy, professional young men who do their jobs with excellence. We will be using this company again very soon for our master bathroom renovation. Give them a call: you won't regret it.

Design by Anthony responded to a request to redo a repair tile job at the entrance door of my residence. He arrived when he said he would, within 4 hours; assessed the situation and determined the correct course of action; gave me a start date which he kept and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. I would use/recommend Design by Anthony again and recommend him without reservation, his work is excellent and he was a pleasure to deal with.

I hired this contractor to provide only the labor. I purchased and provided the plumbing fixtures, vanities, granite and tile myself. Demo work, plumbing, drywall and fixture installations were done by 2 of the owners employees. They were both very nice and hard working and trying to make sure everything was up to par. Tiling work was performed by 2 other employees of the owner(family members). They were 2 of the most accomodating workers I have ever dealt with. They were both very polite and wanted to do a job that they would be proud of and I would be happy with. If something needed attention or tweaking, they were right on it! They were a pleasure to work with! The end result was 2 bathrooms that look 100% better than what was originally there when the house was new.

We contacted Anthony a week before the jib was done and he arrived on time for the estimate appointment. He quoted us what we needed to by and how much the job would cost and we also got the Angie's List 10% discount. We purchased the materials and called him back on monday 3/24 and he said he would do the job on 3/26 and that he would arrive at 9:00 AM. He was here on the day and at a the time he promised and he completed the job on time. He was very courteous and friendly with my family and my three dogs and was a pleasure to do business with. He left a little after noon and cleaned up everything before doing so. We are so glad we hired him for our tile needs and we highly recommend him to anyone in South Florida.

Anthony was initially contacted on 27 January 2014, performed the above assessment that day and completed the project on 30 January 2014. The work was done to perfection. The quality of the work is excellent, his attention to detail outstanding, and his professionalism in both the quality of his work and his demeanor during our experience with him was much appreciated by myself and my wife.

I had a difficult time finding a contractor to come in and remodel our master bathroom. I had already gutted the entire bathroom and purchased all the products to be installed ( vanity with top/sink, tile, shower valve/faucet and toilet). Three other contractors were interested in completing the job only with inclusion of demolition and the purchasing of products through their company. Anthony did provide the durock, grout and plumbing drain. Anthony's team was very professional. The job was completed in five days which Anthony had estimated. I was very impressed and would use Anthony again in the future. Thanks.

Anthony was contacted via email for first time and his response was that he was out of town for the weekend but when he returned he would contact me to schedule and appointment, a week passed by when I have to contact him again trying to set up the appointment, his response was that he was ready to meet and he just needed the date and time, I replied back telling him when I was interested in meeting up, gave him my contact information and email address, no response, since he never replied I emailed him the morning (8:30 AM)of the appointment just to confirm, his reply was half hour before the schedule time (5:30 pm) saying he had to go home sick and he wants to reschedule, I understand that unexpected things can happen to anyone but the lack of professionalism and interest by Anthony are not fair with the potential customers.

We selected Tile Designs by Anthony after reading the good reviews in Angie's List, Anthony provide us with a reasonable quote and did an excellent job , he responded to all our concerns and phone calls in a very professional and friendly way, same goes for his workers. I would recommend him to anyone! The only thing that I was not happy was that after getting the quote from him, he did not honor the 10% Angie's List Discount claiming that type of discount was for jobs over $5,000, which the coupon does not mention.

This is the fifth bathroom Anthony has done for us over the last five years including our previous home. This bathroom was by far the biggest and most complicated bathroom Anthony has done for us. As usual Anthony helped us plan everything from the start, helped source most of the new components and installed everything perfectly. Since this was a very big job, it took a long time to complete, but there was a lot to do involving moving many electrical outlets, plumbing pipes and drains for both the tub and shower areas, and custom cabinetry to install the vanities which consisted of around 20 individual parts. We were on vacation when most of the bathroom was completed, but when we returned, most everything was completed in the normal professional and high quality manner. The bathroom is stunning and reflects the high standard of workmanship that we have grown to expect from Anthony.

Anthony came highly recommended from D & B Tile in Sunrise (where I got my tile). I was pushed for time to get the tile installed since we're doing a kitchen reno. Anthony was able to provide me a reasonable quote without seeing the property, stuck to this quote when he did, and got the work done as promised. He's very prompt in message follow up, stays in contact, and just did a plain amazing job on the install. I will be using him to install our back splash when we get to that step. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!

This was an overall easy experience. I went to D and B tile, told Sandy that I was Anthony's customer and she helped pick out the tile and gave me samples. I met Anthony at my home with the samples. We told him what we wanted and he ordered the tile and scheduled the job. Two weeks later we had a new bathroom. Perfect.
