I highly recommend this company. old opener was malfunctioning and they did everything in their power to help me to use warranty on old opener. It became very frustrating to get warranty repairs so I decided to buy new opener from them. installation was quick and efficient.

He was very nice and helpful. The man I spoke with was able to pull up the information of the installation. When I pushed the button, the garage door would go down and pop back up. He advised me to check the sensors and make sure they were lit. . He explained that it would need an adjustment which would need to be done correctly by a professional. He gave me an estimate over the phone for the alignment and a tune-up. The price seemed to be very reasonable. I told him that I had some tiles in the garage that need to be moved before they could complete the tune-up on the door. He was very pleasant and I will call him back when I am ready to have the work done.

It took them an hour to do the work with one tech. They were very nice, very helpful, and very polite. I even used them again afterwards, and they could've charged me for a whole motor replacement but they were able to fix a circuit; my door now works just fine.

Not long ago I paid 80 dollars to check the door, the problem was that from time to time the bolts on one of the sides were loose and the door was making a terrible sound. When this company came they said , that I need to change the door , it is too ald and I need a new one . There was curvature at the center of the door that was easy to detect when the door was open. Since the cost was too high , I decided to pay for a temporary solution and wait for better times. When they left the door was ok, but three days later the bolts were again loose and the sound was coming back. I decided to keep a french wrench close to the door to adjust the bolt (always the same) and to open and close the door manually. When I saw your note, I decided to try again. The technician was experienced and cleaver, he intermediately found the origin of the problem, The tension coils were not properly adjusted and the tension was uneven . He saw also the curvature and quickly added and "L" shape metal support. I asked to change the limits (I got the pieces) and he did it. My door is like new, it is a couple of months now and all is great.!!

They came an analyzed the problem. Then, they called to tell me how much the parts would cost and gave me a total price for the repair. It was very fair. They returned when they said they would and fixed the mechanism. I thought they were great.

I was afraid that the garage door was beyond repair and that we would have to replace it with a new one, but Eddie knew exactly what to do and quickly corrected the problem. It impressed me that he took the specifications of the original spring to keep in our file so that if and when it finally breaks, they will know what replacement part to bring with them when called for repair. He recommended that we consider proactively replacing the spring within a year or so in order to avoid the inconvenience of having the spring break unexpectedly in the closed door position.

Marko had installed our present garage door back in June of 2008. At that time we were very pleased with their work, so when one spring broke we called them. We were impressed with everyone who helped us at that time, and were particularly impressed with Mary, the owner, who was very warm, helpful and informative. Because I requested something a bit out of the ordinary, Mary and her staff spent a lot of phone time educating me on door springs. They then did a special order, and only charged a nominal additional fee ($20) despite the added part expense and extrra demands on their time. I'm sure they knew I was expecting much more. I think this reflects this company's culture of integrity. The service was scheduled right away and at our convenience. We were lucky to have Eddie do the work. He checked in with us by phone before arriving, and with our happy okay before the scheduled time. He was very efficient, but didn't mind us watching, and took time to educate us as he was working. After installing the springs he carefully inspected and balanced the door, and gave us more pointers on door upkeep. He then lubricated the rollers and joints, simultaneously showing us what he was doing so we could do this ourselves regularly. He also several times emphasized the need for regular door service, and we will be calling Marko to do this work. We were quite grateful for Eddie's work, promptness and efficiency. We have spent many hours waiting for service calls from various companies where the scheduled visit is a half-day or entire day block, or where after waiting the company calls to say we need to reschedule. With this visit we had almost the entire day free to do our normal errands and to get to work - VERY much appreciated. In summary: we are very happy with this Marko Doors, and recommend them enthusiastically as long as Mary is running the company.

Marko showed up a couple of hours after we made contact. Repair was done quickly, efficiently and totally to my satisfaction. I would totally use Marko again.

Called for service just to make sure that all rollers and motor were in good condition. I requested a morning appointment and got my wish. They called me the day before to confirm the time and then called the day of the service to tell me that the tech was on his way. Eddie showed up and provided great customer service. He insured that the spring was adjusted properly and lubed all of the rollers on the door. He also adjusted the loose wires that connect to the sensors.

They went above and beyond to solve my (apparently simple) problem. The technician worked efficiently and the charge was very reasonable. Showed up on time, knew the issue and resolved it quickly.

I went with them because they had good reviews and were local, and a friend of mine had also used them before. They were just very nice on the phone and they showed up on time. They were clean. Everything looked good and easy.

Overall I was extremely pleased in dealing with Marko Door company from the first contact to the finished install. Vern in sales and Michael the installer were both very professional, experts in their field, excellent communicators and basically addressed any and all questioned I had and they provided the recommendations and instructions I needed. Inspection, quoting, delivery, installation all occurred on our agreed upon schedule. Vern, by listening to what I was looking to accomplish and why, was helpful in reviewing the options available, the pros/cons of each and answering general industry and product questions. Communications was excellent in content and timing - which helped in the decision making and getting the project started on my schedule. He's expert in this industry. Michael's workmanship is excellent. He too was open and addressed all the many questions I asked and provided his recommendations on all fronts. He took the time to explain how certain things worked and why they did things in a particular manner. He provide maintenance tips as well (use only garage door type lubricant and not WD-40). The door itself (DAB) looks great and operates very smoothly even with my older opener. They rewired the existing sensors, and tuned and adjusted the chain drive on my existing opener. My wife, who doesn't typically notice these things even commented on how nice the door looked (particularly from the inside with the optional insulation kit installed). I would recommend Marko Door to others and already have.

When we tried to leave the garage this morning, one of the springs on our two-door garage broke, leaving our car stranded inside the garage. Since we need the car to drop off kids at day care and at school, so that we can go to work, this created a huge problem for us and the day. We contacted Marko based on their AL reviews and they were able to send out a technician within 1 hour who was able to then replace the springs and put us back on schedule. The technician was professional, thorough, and sound. Mary, who took our phone call, was also very professional and able to diagnose the problem correctly. I was highly impressed with their promptness, professionalism, and price point. They also gave us a 15% discount coupon for using AL. I would use them again and highly recommend them as needed.

It was a very good experience. They showed up within 24 hours of the call. They confirmed the appointment window of 2 hours in the morning with a second call about 30 minutes before showing up. The tech replaced the springs within 1 hour. Very quick, simple, and pleasant experience.

They were great. They had to come back after they received the part, and received it sooner than expected (4 days instead of the quoted 7). The tech was really nice and clean, we was respective of the fact that I had carpeting in the house and offered to use the garage door to go in and out of the home.

Replaced a missing part, tightened springs and lubricated all moving parts of the automatic door.

Excellent results. Called Mon...was fixed next day - Tues. Even over the phone, they had an idea of what the problem was, quoted a rate and that was exactly what I paid. Repair person was punctual...actually a 1/2 hour early. Polite, professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They contacted me back within a short time and set up a time frame good for me.Considering I called serveral other Vendors and have yet to receive an answer! They explained in detail all the question I had. Given the punctuallity and honesty I contracted the job. The door was installed in a very short time in a very professional maner. The installer even gave me pointers on how to care for in the future. Left the work area very clean! They also scheduled the appointment with the city building inspector,and provided me with a contact phone # to narrow down the time frame of same. My automatic garage door would not stay shut. I called Marko Door Products based on Angie's List comments and spoke with the owner, Mary. She provided me several DIY suggestions which did not resolve my problem. This occurred on Friday afternoon so she scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The technician arrived on time Saturday & quickly determined the problem. He made the necessary repairs and all was perfect. This whole process could not have been easier and the price was very fair. I would not hesitate to contact Marko Door Products if I had a problem in the future. They were great!
