What can I say about Mary, Jimmy Frank and the team there? They were just great. I had an Xtreme Grage which is only now used in the northeast. They got me in touch with Xtreme's garage customer service, which sent me a part. Frank comes out, lo and behold its the wrong part. Frank stays with me as I call and speak to Xtreme, and they send me another part. Frank had to come out again but he was able to find a part in-house which was an exact replica of the Xtreme one and I was able to send Xtreme back thier more expensive part and get my garage working again. Highly reccommend

When asked for an explanation for cost of repairs, the owner Mary was put on the telephone. The facts in her explanation were fine, it was her delivery and tone that were condescending and unprofessional. I said that I was OK with moving forward with the work, but that did not care for the way she spoke with me. She said, ?then refuse service and pay a $45 service call charge?. I said ?I?m OK with the service, just your bedside manner with customers is horrible and you should probable never speak with customers.? With that she became enraged and said she was pulling her service guy and would not work in our home again. ALL I ASKED HER FOR WAS TO EXPAIN THE COST OF THE JOB. We were long time customers of Marko. But, there are many qualified garage door companies who are happy to answer questions and be respectful to their customers. It sounds to me like Mary has been doing this way to long and needs a break. I was able to find someone to do the work the same day, same warranty for less money then she was quoting. Oh? and they said THANK YOU afterwards.

I had called to get a quote on installing 2 new door openers in the home we just purchased. I was given a price over the phone and scheduled the work immediately . The installer was very quick and very professional . The experience was excellent from my conversation with the office to the installation. I would highly recommend Marko Door and will be calling them to install another closer in the future .

Mary answered my call at 7:30am. She asked a few questions to help troubleshoot the issue and immediately scheduled a technician to come to my house. I received a courtesy call at 8:53am stating that the technician was on his way. The technician arrived shortly after and fixed everything in under an hour. Mary, I'm impressed with the very efficient service!! Thank you for pointing out the $15 coupon on Angie's List as well. I looked all through the internet for a solution and I am glad I finally called these guys. The tech on the phone, Jimmy, was super helpful in troubleshooting the problem, aiming to see if it was a simple fix that I could do myself. In the end he sent out a technician who quickly identified that a metal disc was warped and was preventing the opener from working properly. He said these go bad after a while and our garage door is 10 years old. He fixed it quickly and now it works perfectly. Problem solved!

In the mid-afternoon, I made the call and explained the problem to the company rep. He explained that I had an LCD type of battery within my remote ( I had never worked with anything which had run on an LCD battery, and so I was at a loss. ) He advised me to go to the store, change the battery, and if it still didn't work, to give them a call back. Well, I bought the LCD and put in into the remote, but it still did not open the garage door. Consequently, I called again, and spoke to the company owner, Mary. She told me to open the remote and to make sure I put the battery in with its right-side-up. As it tuned out, I installed it incorrectly, and when I made the adjustment, it worked perfectly. When I thanked her for her help, she said that she was glad to help over the phone because the solution to my problem was so elementary that it didn't make sense for me to have to pay for someone to come out and do it, and so she was glad to simply walk me through the process. I was so totally impressed with her sense of integrity, honesty, and flat-out decency. Please do yourself a favor . . . if you should ever need help with your garage door, do not hesitate for a moment to call Marko Door Products. You will not come across a more trustworthy and professional company than this. They are the Best. A rock-solid thumbs-up to Mary and her Marko Door Products company.

Excellent service, fast response $135 for spring repair would recommend without reservations

Service was prompt and very professional technician was able to repair the rails of my garage that had twisted saving the expense of having to buy new motor with new railings. Extremely satisfied will use again.

absolutely wonderful. i have never used them before but our door was broken and we literally had to manually lift it to get our cars out. i called at 7:45am and due to a cancellation for that morning, Frank came within one hour and figured out the problem immediately. he was diligent and spent just under an hour and fixed everything. i know i got lucky with the timings but between Mary, who was so pleasant on the phone, and our luck to have someone come out immediately, i would absolutely call them again...but hopefully won't need to !!

I was accommodated on the same day I called in. The operator kept me posted through the day on the arrival time. The technician was professional and quick to solve the issue. Great service!

Frank called in advance with his approximate ETA - showed up right on time - proceeded to check our garage door from top to bottom - then made his recommendations. All it needed was a tune-up: lubricated tracks and door rollers, greased the gears in the door opener, checked for proper tension on the springs and adjusted them as needed !! Frank was here less than an hour - he was very polite and professional. We will definitely be calling Marko Door Company for any future garage door issues !!

My 79 yr old mother's garage door came off the track and was inoperable. This was not the first time. She was told by multiple garage door companies that she needed a new garage door since her garage door was over 25 yrs old. She called Marko to ask for an estimate for a new door. The technician Vern arrived and asked her why does she need a new garage door. He told her he could fix the chain for $80. Vern Did replace the chain and the garage door is as quiet and steady as new. My sincere appreciation to Vern and Marko Doors. Marko doors now have two new customers that from now will only use Marko Doors.

I called them Friday and they came out Monday. Very informative and nice. Checked the motor before replacing to make sure that was the problem. The person who answers the phone was a gentleman. He is so nice and informative. Asked questions to help figure out what may be the problem.

It went well, they were out of there in less than 30 minutes. I thought there would be a lot more involved but they did a great job.

My garage door fell off the track and caused issues with the motor. Door was stuck in the up position and I needed someone asap. Called and Freddie showed up with an hour. The door was fixed with 45 minutes after he should up. He took the track down, adjusted everything, put the track back, called the manufacturer to reprogram the system, and did all of this seamlessly.

The technician Eddy arrived during the scheduled time frame, and he was friendly and very detail-oriented, got a lot of done quickly! Will use the company again.

This is the second time this unit went bad. Marko fixed it both times and gave me a serious break on cost the second time. I do not think it was their fault it went bad the second time. They are great by me. I will use them again.

It was fine. They came out within a week after the big deal was purchased. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. One person came out to do the work. Everything was fine. He was punctual and courteous.

From the initial call to the installation, everything went well. Very professional, good attention to details. Very satisfied
