They were on a monthly retainer.l I asked them to kill the nut sedge (sand spurs). They applied the usual weed killer and it did not work. So they tried a new product along with a blue dye (used to avoid over spray). Waiting 2 hours after spraying I let my 3 chihuahuas out in the yard. They had blue dye all over them--when I called the vet he wanted to see them. I knew the little one (8 lbs) was in trouble by the way she acted--was not sure about the other 2 as they did not have immediate reactions. The vet gave all 3 baths with Dawn and kept them for 4 hours. The little one had a severe reaction which required an IV plus steroids. Long story short--the vet felt that the blue dye was the problem--my bill was over $500.00. I called the Apex office 4 times and sent an email along with a copy of my bill and asked to speak with the manager. Never called back. I believe it only fair that they pay part or all the bill--instead they keep sending me a bill for $55.00 for the service that cost me over $500.00. They are not organized nor do they care about their clients
