Even though they had to reschedule a few times they showed up on time and did a good job. They cleaned up after they finished the job.

I was fooled by the positive reviews and didnâ t pay attention to the details of what the owner said about 8 hours of work. I paid $880 for a cleanup that was substandard. When I confronted owner, he said that they did 8 hours of work. There were only 2 guys and one of them was working, the other one sitting talking on the cell phone when I got home. Iâ m extremely disappointed.

After providing explicit instructions to both the company owner and the crew and receiving a written overview of the work to be completed, the crew removed the wrong plants destroying 50-year-old plants with sentimental value. On numerous occasions, my brother and I told the crew to leave these plants in place. They could not offer an explanation as to why they were removed. After being informed that they had removed the wrong plants, the crew cut the line to the cable tv. The owner did come to the house to review the damage and waived 1/2 the fee, but could do nothing to repair the damage. Another contractor will need to be hired to complete removal of stumps before invasive plants regrow.

Finding a company that makes a sincere effort to deliver quality performance and customer service is very difficult these days, and I generally dread the process. I have even been hesitant about using contractors from platforms like Angi, because I have found that they are often so busy that they don't have or take the time to do a really good job. Tropical South Landscaping, however, was meticulous, methodical, and professional not only in their initial and continuing customer service contacts and communication, but even more importantly in the quality of the work done. They trimmed my trees, cleared bushes and roots and cleaned up better than any company I have used in 20 years of living on my property, and they were organized, punctual, hard-working, and communicative. Their work ethic has earned my confidence and respect.

Worked carefully taking down a huge palm tree. No damage to nearby awnings. Friendly workers and cleaned up before they left.

They did an excellent job removing a huge oak tree in our backyard, grinding down the stump and removing the root system. They cleaned the area when finished and it looks that there never was a tree there. I greatly recommend their service. Very professional and great communication with Rafael, the sales person and team leader. Would use their services again.
