Mike answered calls promptly and schedule us ASAP during this busy season. He arrived promptly and hung fan with no problems. We'd been advised by family member that the fan location would need to be strengthened (older house), which would necessitate crawling into our attic. Mike assessed situation and determined that wouldn't be necessary. I should have planned more projects to fill that time. Instead, Mike gave me advice on some other home repairs. Very happy and will no doubt call him again.

My roof had leaks at two different locations. Designing Renovations replaced shingles and did caulking. It is raining and, so far, no leaks. I am quite satisfied with the work performed.

Designing Renovations seemed to go above and beyond. He was punctual, helpful, knowledgeable, conscientious and did a good job.

Mike did a great job. He was very timely in his responses and was on time for the job. He completed the work very quickly and seemed to have comprehensive knowledge of the jobs.

The first person I spoke to on the phone was very professional and kind. However, the worker who showed up for the work was unable to complete the service and stated he would have to first give me an estimate. Unfortunately, I need the service completed very soon and will not be able to go with this company. I believe there might have been some miscommunication somewhere along the process.

Mike was honest, punctual and displayed excellent workmanship. He offered advice on how to repair hair line cracks in walls and ceilings. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Mike showed up on time for the appointment and was able to refasten the piece of siding that had torn loose. While he was on the roof, he also recaulked some areas that could lead to some leaks.

Michael arrived on time and was very pleasant. He went straight away to completing the tasks. He completed the work in less time than thought and even inquired if I had other tasks that needed to be completed. The most impressive trait and signal of his character was what took place outside my property. I live in the city on a narrow street and Michael drives a large work truck. As he was parking, he damaged a neighbor's vehicle and took responsibility for his actions - something that isn't done in the city that often. He left his contact information for the owner of the vehicle. I concluded from his actions that if he were to work on my property and damage something, he would surely take responsibility. Michael, I hope everything worked out for you!

I'm not too handy with a hammer and screwdriver and all that stuff so the owner, Mike Lehman came on April 13th. He was early and he was definitely professional. The price was excellent.

He said that my condo had the least amount of mold that he had seen in his experience as a technician testing and measuring in a household. I was impressed by his thoroughness and the professional way he conducted himself.

Before he was scheduled to arrive, the days leading up to the scheduled appointment, he was not responsive. I overlooked it. I figured he was extremely busy and that was why he sounded preoccupied on the phone. I should have taken heed to the review that addressed this similar situation (NO SHOW-HANDYMAN, YET gave a lame excuse as to why he did not. My issue is, that to this day he has not called to address the fact that he missed a scheduled appointment. I had to call and request a refund. He was scheduled to hang up a wall mirror, four framed photos for a bathroom, three mirrors in the tining room, and two pictures in the hallway.

Provider stood up for his work, and me, even in court to help me. Good man. Thanks.

The door was broken but it was not their fault, it was Lowe's fault. His service was fine, he did it for the agreed upon price in a timely fashion and did everything he was supposed to.

I purchased two hours of handyman services on this site, Angie's List. I called Mike to schedule a date and time. Today, May 8, 2013, Mike called to confirm the time. He arrived on time and began to install the items that I had purchased before Mike arrived. He quickly and efficiently completed each job within the two hour time interval.

The owner called me back ( it was approx. 2 weekks ago) to let me know how busy he was and that it is spring. But he set up a date which was suppose to be on Saturday April 27th..and he never showed up. I sent him a message to ask if he was still coming over to give me an estimate and still NO reply. A meassage to all contractors...I UNDERSTAND THIS IS A BUSY SEASON..BUT THAT'S WHY WE BOUGHT A SUBSCRIPTION TO FIND DEPENDABLE CONTRACTORS TO SHOW UP AND OR CALL IF YOU CAN't!! And of course do a good job.. I guess that's the nature of the business... Chris

Mike was very friendly and responsive on the phone, agreeing to come in a matter of days despite his busy schedule. He was prompt and friendly in person as well. He took three samples plus an outdoor sample to compare with the indoor samples. A week later, when he received the results from the lab he mailed the samples to, Mike called me and gave me a verbal report and his recommendations. I asked for a written copy of the report, which he emailed to me. He did not email me an interpretation of the report, which was a list of molds and numbers, so I contacted him again and asked him to write a short summary, so we could present the findings to the seller. I had to wait several days for this response, and was unhappy with the summary he wrote. He did not describe the dangers or potential health effects of the particular molds found, but mostly focused on what should be done to remediate the mold problem. We ultimately determined that we wanted a more professional company to test again, this time more thoroughly, and hopefully their report will be clearer and more detailed.

Did a good job. Pleased overall.

He does excellent work and gets the job done quickly. Prices are excellent and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

They came 3 weeks ago. They were very good. I got a very good deal with a coupon. I had a bathroom vent installed and I got a new door. They were very prompt and they did good work. They were prompt. I would use them in the future.

The did a great job. The dry wall work was completed and was good quality. The company also threw in some caulking in the bathroom and a repair on our storm door. The were on time and stayed on schedule.

Overall it went well. It took 2 visits to get things accomplished but everything was completed to my satisfaction.

Excellent. Great communication, easy to schedule. Arrived on time, work was completed in much less time than the time alloted for my 2-hour special.

He performed all tasks quickly and efficiently. I had a 2 hour package and he finished all of these task 15 mins early.

We had a cabinet hand built by the previous owner that didn't have finished drawers and hired Mike to put in the two that existed and build two more so the unit had the 4 working drawers it had space for. He was prompt, responsive, and cut costs for us as much possible. He was friendly, hard working, and did what we needed done in the least amount of time possible. We will be calling him for more work, as we have two other projects planned for his services when budget allows.

It went okay, the handyman didn't seem very prepared for what we had talked about me needing done, but in the end he was able to accomplish everything that I needed in two hours with a little help from me.
