He was great. The quote was very good and I want him to do it. He was prompt and he was polite.

Super Gutter & Screen didn't do it correctly because the water was coming off the roof and overshooting the gutter into the pool and on the lanai area. The came back to put up a shield but it still doesn't drain right. Six months later one of the shields blew out so we called them back multiple times prior to the one year warranty expiration date but they never answered their phones or called us back. We finally got in touch with them and they told us the warranty had expired which at that point it was but not when we first started calling them. The gutters are still not draining properly so it's leaking some. Now we've got to get someone else to come out to replace the screen. Super Gutter & Screen's customer service is lousy, they don't answer their phones, they don't return calls, they don't stand behind their product, and they don't do what they say they will do. We even told them we were giving them a chance to make this right before we evaluated them and it didn't make a difference. When we first wanted them come to do the work they put us off a few times because they said we were too far away for them to come up here to do the job. When the workers were out here they weren't very professional. I would not recommend them.

They were very good. They were very nice and did the work. So far the quality seems to be good. They said they were doing something better than the one next door.

They did an excellent job on the installation of the gutter. They were very prompt with the estimate and the explanation of the job was thorough. My problem was setting up the installation date . It took 3 months to install. They did not return phone calls. The only reason I installed was because the competition was worse it

They were very knowledgeable about their product and did exactly what they proposed to do.

The gutters were installed as requested. They looked good; however, months after installation I realized that the gutter over the garage was not draining. It was full of water which was black and smelled terrible. I tried to contact the company numerous times and they do not answer their phone. I left numerous messages and no one returned my call. I was calling every half hour with no success. Finally I got ahold of the office person who told me that they had outsourced the work and I needed to call that person. I asked him for his cell phone number so that if I could not get ahold of the person who did the work, I could call him back. I then spoke with the installer and made an appointment for the next morning. I stayed home from work and he did not show up. When I called him he told me that something had come up and he could not come by that day. He did not even bother to call me. I tried to call the initial office person on his cell and he did not answer his phone nor did he return my call. The installer then showed up the next day and did the work. The most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with.

It was a good experience. I called them for a quote and they came a couple of days later. They called the next day with the quote and I agreed to the price. They started a week or two later and finished in two days. A roofer had recommended them and I was in a hurry so I didn't get competitive bids. Their price was reasonable.

Overall the work went smoothly. There was one delay when the workers spotted a rat snake in the landscaping around the pool enclosure and stopped working for the day. However, after speaking with the owner they returned the following morning and completed the work.

Some of the work was done initially; however, they did not have a sufficient amount of the color I needed and had to obtain from another source. Installation was delayed a few times; but then was done to my satisfaction.

They finished on schedule, and started when they said they would, despite weather problems.

The shutters are fine. They provide a very good shutter and I found their price to be better than the other ones that I got quotes from. It is a better shutter than what the quotes were for. They certainly delivered everything at the time they said they would. The installation was fine and I didn't have any trouble with them at all. The price was definitely good and the quality was better than any that I got quotes on. I only dealt with the guy that sold the shutters and measured for them.

Old screen was damaged by Hurricane Wilma. While an insurance adjustment was paid before Super Gutter came on the scene, Super Gutter could see the computations and unit prices paid for the adjustment were faulty. As a result, a public adjuster reopened the case, and obtained a new, higher, settlement. This did not affect Super Gutter's price, but was beneficial to me. Supper Gutter was very efficient in completing the engineering, handling permits, and doing the work. Their crews actually set up a temporary "shop" in our backyard to complete final measurements, cutting of mill stock, and field assembly of joints. The finished screen frame was very tight, all joints fit neatly and correctly, and installation was very smooth. Whole process had NO mis-steps.

The company took my $280 deposit and then never returned to perform the work. Michael Vincent, the company's representative, has made several promises to have the work performed but they never happened. Finally, he said he would return my deposit. That hasn't happened either. Stay away from this company, even if they are a member of the Better Business Bureau.
