The gentleman was very professional and knowledgable about locks, re-keying locks, master keys, etc. he was trustworthy and reliable. The quote was reasonable. I will use them again.

The locksmith from Richard's showed up at the beginning of the two hour window they provided. I explained that I needed two new lock sets for the front door. I also needed three other doors done and a couple of those doors would need new locksets as the hardware on the doors was not in good shape. I also explained that I wanted all the doors to work with one key. We went around to all the doors and were able to determine which needed new hardware and which could simply be re-keyed. He had everything done in about an hour. Everything looks and works good.

It was a pleasant experience - he was very professional.

Called in the morning, was there within a couple of hours, had all the tools (in fact seemed prepared for just about anything), had some trouble getting the old lock out but to no concern of mine, replaced the lock, cut the key was done in around 45 mins. A little expensive considering he was there less than an hour and charged seperatly for parts and labor and cutting the key (basically what I had done I expect is in the wheel house of most locksmiths) yet also charged a service call. If I had bought a new lock, then had the key cut seperatly it would have been a lot less. However I called same day, they were there within a couple of hours and like i said had it fixed within an hour.

He brought all the necessary tools to do the Job - he took the old lock off then place the new lock in placed - it worked

He was very punctual, professional and found our problem right away. Very honest, we did not know the problem and he could have said the set had to be replaced, but instead he just needed to replace the screws. We have used this company in the past and have always been happy with their service and expertise.

Everything turned out very well. I had a small window and needed someone there between 9-10 on a Saturday. He came on time, was very pleasant and changed the locks. He was very good.

I tried to adjust a vertical dead bolt lock on my PGI door. I could not reassemble the lock. I called Richard's. A technician was dispatched within a few hours. He had to remove the door in order to access the top and bottom extensions of the lock. He was very patient and professional. He really did a great job. It took him about an hour and a half to solve the issue. I am very pleased!! I highly recommend Richard's.

Great company will use again

I had a positive experience with them. I needed them to change four locks and they did that with no problems. They were pretty expeditious. They showed up with all the equipment they needed and were in and out in half an hour.

I recently purchased a new home and needed the locks changed (owner supplied). I called Richard's Locksmith and they came out the next day (Saturday) and performed all the work promptly. I also had the technician make a key for the hurricane shutters as well since I was not provided one from the previous owner. All work was expeditiously performed and for a fair price. I would definitely use them again.

I asked them to come ASAP since I was available only that day and they showed up within an hour. I emailed them some pictures first so they knew what kind of safe they had to deal with. An older gentleman showed up who was professional and experienced and drilled through the lock and opened it and upon my request disconnected that for me. They charged me $65 for service call and $50 for the work that I found reasonable. I will use them again.

The man who the company sent to my home was pleasant, reassuring, and was willing to take a look at two other locks that were giving us trouble in addition to the one that was completely non-functional. He said the fee we were charged covered up to 1/2 hour of his labor, so he was happy to look at the rest.

I have used Richard's locksmith over the years many times and continue to go back to them when I need assistance. They were very professional and worked around my schedule when my closing ran late. They came promptly and rekeyed the entire house. I would definately recommend them.

I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I asked how long it would take because I had to work that day and it took exactly what I was told (30 mins). The locksmith was scheduled for 9am and was at my door at 8:58am. This is my first house and the safe came with the house so I had a few questions for him. He answered all my questions fully. If I am ever in need of a locksmith or safe work I will definitely use this company again.

Provider came out, fixed the existing lock and charged a very reasonable price. Was punctual, polite, and very professional. Will be engaging them again to replace the lock in the near future. They could have told me the whole assembly needed replacing - I would not have known if that was true or not - but they did not. They fixed the cylinder and oiled the lock so it worked perfectly.

Service was fantastic and locksmith even replaced defective deadbolt lock. I was very happy with the service and would use Richard's again.
