I called the office and needed advise on what kind of knobs and locks would work.. The manager was very helpful and I made the decision. He gave me a estimated date of arrival and sure enough that is when they came. He also gave me a time to install and once again he was punctual! They did an excellent and clean job of installing the locks. Then after they were installed my husband asked for lock openers and sure enough they mailed them promptly. We would recommend them without hesitation.

My husband and I recently bought a new house and we needed to get the locks changed. Robert showed up and changed out the locks efficiently and for a very fair price.

Great service, prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. I asked a few questions about the process and the technician explained everything. The work was done fast and I got my new keys within the hour. Would highly recommend.

On the evening of March 17th, the spring/mechanism on the lock of our door popped or somehow failed to work We could not lock the door and needed a quick fix until we could find out if the mechanisms of the door were still under warranty. After making several call to places that sold the manufacturer of the front door, one dealer gave us the name "Richard's Locksmith". They sent someone right on time and was able to adjust the mechanism so that we could at least lock the door. We were quite lucky! In a nutshell the door was under warranty and we were grateful that Richard's Locksmith was available on a moment's notice and a 2 weeks later, the entire mechanism was replaced by the manufacturer.

The technician examined the broken lock, explained I could buy two different locks, either the base model, or a more expensive model. He was great @ explaining the difference between the two locks. He had both on his truck and could be installed immediately. Once I selected the lock, he installed it and was gone within 30 minutes. They service call price was fair, price for lock was fair. Lock has been installed 9 months now, works fine!

Locksmith was able to respond the same day as requested. Showed up on-time and completed the work quickly and professionally.

Called the night before and they showed up on time when promised. Work was done quickly, professionally for about half the price of what I expected. The technician was quiet, professional and the work done was high quality. All in all it took about 15 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

They came when they were suppose to come. They did a satisfactory job. Normally when I use companies they will bring me a copy of their license and their insurance. I asked the man on the phone for it and he wasn't too nice. His response was that they have been in business for thirty-nine years. They don't state any of that information on their business cards. When they came out to do the job they didn't bring me any paperwork to confirm if they were licensed or bonded. The man that came out to complete the job for me told me that in the state of Florida they didn't have to be licensed. This is a locksmith that comes into my house and changed my locks and I feel they should be licensed or bonded. They were great overall. They were responsive. The prices they quoted me was accurate. They guy showed up on time and did what he was suppose to.

They were very responsive, came out on the same day. They informed me that the service call is $49.50, and it goes up from there. The work was done very quickly, but they charged me $15 dollars just to get the door open, $90 to replace the deadbolt, and $14 to re-key it. Almost $200 to get 1 deadbolt changed was too much in my opinion.

I believe the technicians name was Rob and was courteous both on the phone and in person. Committed to be at my home within 45 minutes and made it in 40! Found this company through Angie's List and of the two companies I called Richard's Locksmith & Safes not only answered the phone in person and gave a estimate over the phone that was to the dollar when the work was complete. Six hours later still waiting for a return phone call from the other (Welter Locksmiths Inc) six hours later! Never had any idea of what is really done to re key locks but Rob made it look easy and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He had all the correct tools and cylinders needed for my home in his truck and suggested different ways to secure the sliding glass doors. Educated me on the different options and did not rush me to make a decision. All I can do is really recommend Richard's Locksmith & Safes and ask for Rob! He did the job right!

Appointment was from 1-3, arrived at 3:15, which was fine. Did what he had to do, did not try selling me any new parts that I did not need, and was very neat and personable.

They did a good job at a reasonable price once they arrived. We had called them in advance to arrange the date and called again to remind them of the date once we got to our new location (we moved from out of state). The morning they were to arrive we called and were not on their schedule. Once they arrived, we were pleased with their work. The issue was just confusion over scheduling in advance.

HE WAS FINE AND GOT HERE QUICKLY, HE WAS ALSO COURTEOUS AND IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG AT ALL FOR HIM TO DO THE JOB. IT WAS A GREAT RELIEF FOR ME TO HAVE ACCESS TO MY CAR SO QUICKLY.
