I recently Apr 2022, used them to replace all windows in my house. Financing was easy and they were more than accommodating in allowing to add cash to lower the financed portion during the process. But the installers really are the highlight, as they are methodical and careful window by window, very professional and courteous. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone in the residential area.

Had a wonderful experience with Prestige Windows. They kept me in the loop through the entire process. From the sales person to the office help, it was as professional as you can get. They were honest in their time line. All appointments were kept on time. And equally as important, every person I interacted with was nice. When the job was finished, the Dade County inspector commented that all the homes he has inspected by Prestige were always the best. I am a satisfied customer and will use them again.

After checking with and interviewing several local window companies, we purchased 19 CGI high impact windows and doors from Prestige Windows & Doors for our home. Prestige installed 11 hurricane impact windows and 2 doors. Ronnie and Alex did an excellent job with the installation. It took 4 days and they were extremely professional, experienced, clean and just a delight to work with. Cleaned up every day and took all old windows, shutters and debris with them when they left. Our previous windows were more than 30 years old, so these are a huge improvement and I know we'll save money on our homeowners insurance. And no more burdensome hurricane shutters. Most of all, I feel safe and secure knowing no one can break in, no more water coming in under the doors during storms and we'll weather hurricanes so much better. I am thrilled with how they look too! Thanks Prestige!

They used subcontractors and took months to finish. Work was not clean and and was incomplete. Never sent anyone back out to assist or follow up on my concerns.

Professional and fast

I collected three estimates through research and references. One estimate was less than PW&D but the other vendor didn't square up the comparable quality and chose PW&G. Cost was still among the market. Great project mgnt work from Joe from the beginning. Putting aside the current resource delays everyone is impacted by, they were timely, friendly, professional, and everything as contracted. The windows and doors installers were detailed, methodical, and met the completion time. Installation, design follow up, inspection, project closing, and the respective company section email communication were overall great! I recommend based on quality and professionalism!

My husband and I met with the owner of Prestige Windows and our Sales representative Michael Palmer. They came to our home and both were very informative about the products they sell, the process of installing our hurricane windows and doors. They went through the entire process meticulously. They helped us pick the right options for our budget. The entire process from A-Z was smooth. Michael always returned our calls whenever questions came up in the process. The installers were very professional and courteous, cleaned up each day after their day was over. Guillermo was our point of contact with any questions regarding the installation and he was as responsive as Michael Palmer. Any issues we encountered were resolved promptly. We are extremely happy with our windows and doors and we totally recommend doing business with Prestige Windows & Doors.

Had 3 ESW sliding glass doors (2 2-panel and 1 3-panel) installed in my condo on the water in March 2021. Everything was going smooth until the installation date. I lost confidence in the installation team when they had to reinstall the 3-panel system multiple times because they could not figure out how to properly install the door/panels. Install manager at the time, Lucas Oliveira, was never available and did not communicate. All three doors have drafty sections where wind and humidity penetrate/whistle on a regular windy day which means much more wind will enter my home during a hurricane. Have had multiple service reps out to my condo to fix; the issue with no resolve. Their own services reps have mentioned the doors need to be reinstalled. ESW (the manufacturer) has been out to my home and mentioned the panels are not fitted into the frame properly. To this day (October 2021) my main 3-panel door is not level and not fully fitted into the frame. Company claims since these doors are retrofitted, they wont be a perfect fit, but I find that hard to believe since they were measured to the opening. Honestly think they are just giving an excuse for a faulty installation and I am disappointed in the companys inability to resolve. I gave 2 stars vs 1 because the actual ESW product is great and the last guy assigned to me, Guillermo Cruz, was really nice. Also, initially the sales rep, Paul Bazzuella, represented Prestige as the manufacturer, but shortly after doing research and early in the process, I realized Prestige is just a distributor/installer of products. I dismissed the misrepresentation solely as miscommunication but am now noticing others reported the same issue. In retrospect, I should have heeded the negative reviews and proceeded with another company.

We had a great experience with Prestige Windows & Doors from start to finish. The designer we worked with, Malena, was friendly and helpful, staff kept us posted on door status and delivery, installer was talented and respectful, and best of all - they handled the inspection process for us. Our impact doors (front and back patio) are so nice. They were responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We will recommend this company to friends and family moving forward.
