Rick and his team are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and have proven to be dependable! These guys are punctual...they were on time for the scheduled appointment and provided excellent service! I observed the passion they have for what they do because it shows in their work ethics and how well they work together to get it done! They clean up after themselves before leaving. Rick was recommended to me by my sorority sister to install my surveillance camera. Once I contacted Rick he immediately stopped by my house to see what setup would work and provided me a quote that same day. On the day of install, Rick showed up on time and ensure everything was clean before he left. I highly recommend Rick and his crew for your home security system needs. They did a great job. What i really liked was their professionalism and customer service. After installation i had issues accessing my camera feed remotely. Later i realized it was the network i was connected to blocking the feed. Amazing customer service before, during and after installation.

Rick and his assistant Richard showed up promptly, on time. Explained to them that I wanted two Cat-6 Ethernet cables running from den to living room so that I could install cables into Roku boxes since I was getting spotty reception using WiFi. They accessed situation and neatly ran cables up the walls through the attic. They connected cables through Roku boxes, verified signals, and now I am getting outstanding picture/T.V. reception!
