Description of Work: Very punctual. Good, but the prices are way too high. We got a partial refund on one bill, which we felt was way overcharged. We wont use them again, due to high cost, although they do very good work. Friendly personnel.

Description of Work: My water softener had a leak. They replaced the tank, but I had no soft water. Than they said my timer needed to be replaced, which they did, and I still had no soft water. By this time I called the owner and he personally came out and resolved my problem. He personally called the next day to make sure it was working and he put the serviceman on the phone, who had been here prior and apologized for his mistake and the inconvience he had caused. I thought that said alot about the kind of people Scottos has on staff. The owner said he would go over my bill and send me a revised bill. The new bill came and had the charge for the tank and thats it. All costs for labor & the timer installation were removed. I hope anyone who needs fair service with their plumbing needs will consider giving Scottos a chance. Im a satisfied customer. Thanks, for the recommendation!
