Description of Work: They charged me $198 for a small pipe leak under the kitchen sink. $49 charge for service after 5:00.

Description of Work: I had them come out to do an estimateand they charged me $49.. they told me that it was going to be $148.00 to have the switched I wanted installed... I went with another company who only charged me $12. Then the total estimate that they came up with was $384.00, and the other company I chose did the job for $152.

Description of Work: They came out for an emergency slab eak. They were here a half hour after I called. It took 5 plumbers and 4 days to complete the job. They were having trouble finding were the leak was coming from so we had to hire a leak detector. We were without water for 3 days and with hot water for 2. It was very inconvienent but they were pleasant and couteaous. I only wish they had better communication because the job should have only taken 5 hours.

Description of Work: Routine maintanence. Replaced plumbing parts in toilets and replaced chipped sink. He fixed the sprayer nozzle on my sink at no charge. He did have to come out the next day, though, to fix one of the toilets. He came right out, at no charge and fixed it immediately. Very pleasant.

Description of Work: Finished the plumbing job in my bathroom. I thought they were a little pushy regarding their Diamond Club Service and the employees didnt seem to know a lot about it.

Description of Work: They came out to fix disposal, they were neat, professional, they came out with booties, they are extremely informative...they showed me that there was nothing wrong and he explained to me how to fix it if something should occur again...very satisfied

Description of Work: I had a drainage problem. Water coming into the house. They resolved it and did an excellent job and made me put the washer machine and dish washer before he left, to make sure the problem was gone. Great company.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job. I thought the price was a little high, but since they did such a good job, I am willing to pay a little more. However, they were 1 1/2 hrs. late without a call. I had to call and they came out at 10:30 instead of 9:00. If they are running late, whatever the reason, they need to call you and let you know.
