Description of Work: I HAD A WATER HEATER EMERGENCY THE WED. BEFORE THANKSGIVING- JUST SUBMITTED A REPORT ABOUT TOM DOOLEY'S WORK BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY CAME BUT I CALLED SCOTTO'S FIRST. THEY COULDN'T SEND A PLUMBER THAT QUICKLY BUT THEY DID HELP ME FIND SOMEONE TO CLEAN UP THE MESS. THEY CALLED A COMPANY CALLED CURE WATER DAMAGE FOR ME WHO SENT SOMEONE OUT TO DRY OUT THE FIRST FLOOR. IT TOOK A WEEK! ANYWAY, I WANTED TO EXPRESS MY APPRECIATION FOR SCOTTO'S HELP. I DIDN'T HIRE THEM BUT THEY HELPED ME OUT ANYWAY.

Description of Work: I HAD NO WATER PRESSURE AT KITCHEN SINK, CALLED THE COMPANY, AFTER LOOKING THROUGH ANGIES LIST, THEY SCHEDULED A CALL FOR LATER IN THE DAY, THEY WERE CAREFUL TO POINT OUT THERE WAS A MINIMUM CALL-OUT CHARGE AMOUNT. ERIC TURNED UP ON TIME AND FIXED IT WITHIN 5 MINUTES, SAID IT WAS A SMALL PROBLEM AND THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE, SINCE HE WAS IN THE AREA. I LIKED THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND THEIR WHOLE HELPFUL ATTITUDE. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A PLUMBER.
