Description of Work: We had a busted shower connection which meant we had to shut our water off. They came promptly, fixed it and honored their coupon. We were very pleased.

Description of Work: I previously wrote a poor review for Scoto's Plumbing, but in fairness to them I need to update my previous review. When I returned to Ohio I had a letter from Scoto's Plumbing that had been forwarded from my Florida home. In this letter they explained why there quote was high and returned the $49,00 service charge. This showed me they are a reputable Company.

Description of Work: They were responsive, polite, and competitive in their costs.

Description of Work: I used their services for to clean a filter line that was going into the yard under the ground from the kitchen.

Description of Work: A locking nut fractured just below the valve and regulator for pool heater, during install. Unfortunately, my water heater, and house heater are heated from the same propane tank. We had to turn the gas off at the tank until it was fixed. I called approximately 15 companies in the area. All were too busy, or had no one in the area to service the issue for two days. Scotto's was the only company able take care of it that night (6:00 pm). David was the technician they sent out, unfortunately he could not fix the issue as the fittings were an odd size (never easy). However, he was able to disconnect the valve, flip it upside down and resecure it so I had hot water and heat for the night. He returned the next day and replaced not just the locking nut, but the whole valve assembly. I highly recommend this agency. Professional, intelligent and good people.

Description of Work: I had two new efficient toilets installed and also had new hardware for the master shower. They installed the hardware for free since I had ordered 2 toilets.

Description of Work: Problem: Sewer line back up. Came and cleaned out line, but reported that there was some roots in the line. They recommended a camera be used to check for damage. Camera did show that a section of 4" sewer line(PVC)was punctured by tree roots. They dug up the pipe in the area that camera showed damage and replaced a ten foot section which was punctured by a tree root and also caused that section of pipe to split the length of that section.

Description of Work: I called Scotto's again because they had given me such great service once before. This time was a little more extensive job which intailed switching hot and cold water pipes from under tree roots to placing new pipes around the back of the house, above ground. The reason they were put in in that manner was because I have a huge oak tree next to the house. Harry K. and John G. were the men who did the work and I can not speak highly enough about them. Harry explained everything that was going to be done and why, making very clear that I understood what he was talking about. Both men were very nice, cleaned everything before they left and put things back the way they had found them. I would have Spoto's do my plumbing work every time, and I have had three different men from there to do work for me and everyone has been a gentleman. Thank you Spoto's.

Description of Work: Scotto's showed promptly o/a 0930 hrs., Scotto's drained, disconnected old HWH. Homeowner provided new HWH from Lowes. Scotto's installed and reconnected new HWH. Job completed in approximately 2-1/2 hrs.
