After receiving complaint called member to discuss. Asked him about the 3 calls he stated he made to our office as we did not have a record of this. Per member he called office once & requested tech's cell #. It is not office policy to give out tech's cell # as we do not want tech disturbed while at customer's homes. However someone did give him the number & member tried to contact tech himself without success. Apologized to member, refunded $49 minimum charge & offered to schedule appt. to replace toilet which he declined. Then spoke w/ tech Jason re: member's calls. Per Jason he did try to return member's call but could not get through & was told member would be out of town for about 3 weeks. It is our goal to provide quality service to all customers. Unfortunately we do not always meet this goal as we are not perfect. Attempted to make amends w/ member & will conduct a meeting w/ office staff to ensure his does not happen again.

THE FIRST PLUMBER DID NOTHING. WE WERE NOT IMPRESSED. THEN THEY SENT A SECOND PLUMBER WHO DID BETTER AND REPAIRED A PIPE IN THE ATTIC. THE LEAK STILL CONTINUED SO WE THEN TRIED ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY FIXED PART OF THE LEAK AND THEN NEEDED TO RETURN TO FIX THE BALANCE OF THE LEAK. WE THINK WE HAVE THE PROLBEM FIXED NOW. ALL WERE PROFESSIONAL, ARRIVED ON TIME. WE JUST HAD A DIFFICULT PLACE WHERE THE PIPE BROKE AND WAS HARD TO DIAGNOSE.

I couldn't believe a service contractor of any kind would be as "homeowner friendly" as Scotto's ad in the yellow pages stated but it was true and even better. The job of replacing my water heater was done in an efficient and professional manner. Jason, the serviceman, was friendly pleasant, knowledgeable and really worked hard to do the job right. I am so glad I decided on Scotto's Plumbing to replace my water heater. I will call them again when I need services and recommend this company to one and all.

THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. PEOPLE THAT YOU TALK TO ARE VERY NICE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY REPLACED WATER TANK A LITTLE WHILE AGO. WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS TANK AND THEY CAME OUT EVERYTIME I CALLED AND FINALLY REPLACED BECAUSE IT WAS FAULTY. THEY NEVER HAD ANY PROBLES COMING OUT WHEN I CALLED. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.

GREAT COMPANY, MAY WANT TO REQUEST THAT WATER HEATER UNIT BE DELIVERED IN AN ' UNOPENED BOX' + HAVE THE CREW OPEN IT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER .

THEIR MAN VINNIE WAS ON TIME AND A 1--% PROFESSIONAL ALTHOUGH HE RAN INTO SEVERAL PROBLEMS THEY WERE TAKEN CARE OF WITH NO INCREASE IN THE QUOTED PRICE. A GREAT JOB.

I WAS A VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY & IF I DIDN T CHALLENGE HIM ON THE $149 I WOULD OF PAID OVER $200. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THEY DO TO SENIOR CITIZENS. I SIGNED THE AGREEMENT WHEN PRICE WAS CHANGED TO $99, NOT WHEN HE WAS DONE ADDING TO THE REMAINDER. PRICE WOULD CHANGE FOR SERVICE CALL IF WORK WAS NOT PERFORMED. ALSO, TOLD IT WAS FULL WARRANTY. THE PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS FOR A STEM & WASHER PLUS LABOR. I WAS WILLING TO PAY THE $99 & WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE REMAINDER.

I EXPLAINED THE ABOVE TO THE PLUMBER & HE SAID HE WOULD QUOTE ME A PRICE. HE SAID I NEEDED SEAT OR STEM & WASHERS. HE QUOTED ME A PRICE OF $149 & I TOLD HIM IT WAS TOO HIGH & I WASN T INTERESTED. HE IMMEDIATELY CROSSED OUT THAT PRICE & PUT IN $99. I AGREED TO DO THE JOB FOR THAT PRICE, FOR PARTS & LABOR. WHEN HE FINISHED HE GAVE ME A BILL FOR $133 (ADDING ON $49 FOR THE TRIP), WHICH WAS NOT ON THERE PREVIOUS. HE ALSO WROTE NO WARRANTY BECAUSE MY PIPES WERE OLD. MY INITIAL CALL TO THE COMPANY SAID ALL THEIR WORK WAS GUARANTEED.

Call takers are required to inform clients of $49 trip charge when scheduling appt.We use straightforward pricing meaning entire bill is written up & client signs authorization line before work is performed.Every repair is priced directly out of our price books by service level.Each tech has same price book.Repair falls under level III faucet repair w/ 2 yr. warranty.Client complained about price so tech offered discount to level II Partial Faucet repair w/ 90 day warranty.Client agreed to price but wanted to use her own material.Tech informed her he could not warranty her parts.Customer furnished seats were defective so he went to plumbing supply to exchange her defective seats then replaced.Once job was complete client signed acceptance of work performed line on invoice.I asked member why she didn't call us.She said she did & no one responded.I found no documentation to verify this.Our policy is to address client concerns asap.We agreed Scotto's would refund $49.
