Vince was the name of plumber who came out and did the work. Company actually called and asked if it was alright for him to stop by earlier than scheduled, because he was running ahead of schedule. He got there and went to check out the problem. He showed me the way to adjust the packing nut because that is usually the reason these valves leak. Unfortunately, the entire valve was shot and needed to be replaced. I will hire these folks for future work.

We had quite a bit of landscaping & other home improvement jobs recently, along with a new air conditioner. Somewhere along the line an old a/c return line was broken. It was no longer used & had previously been capped off. We discovered it was broken one evening half-buried in some mulch & a substantial stream of water was coming out. We opted to pay the emergency service call rate & someone was on site within an hour at 8 pm & quickly capped the line, burying it so it would be unlikely to break again. Despite the emergency call rate, the price was still very reasonable. Part of the reason was because we are return customers, & we will continue to use them again in the future.

Excellent; service man (I believe his name was Vince) was prompt, courteous, and performed the work satisfactorily.

I thought the price was a little steep for the work. But, they fixed the problem and he did a good job. I would not hire again just because of the price. I had used them before and the price was very fair, that is why I hired them this time, but the price was a little steep the second time.

Patrick ,the service tech, was on time, professional and polite. I have used Scotto's for years and always recommend them to neighbors, family and friends. This is a company with honesty and integrity.

John arrived during the time window stated by the company when appt. was requested. John was friendly, wore the company uniform and ID. He presented a clean appearance. He appeared knowledgeable and informed us of several service and product options.

Harry was very knowlegable, and in addition to the work performed, he gave us tips on how to unclog drains quickly and easily ourselves.

They were extremely late, but they honored their ad and paid me for the time lost. They were very nice and helpful.

Although the price was right, Seniors, beware. The Angie's coupon is not available if you take the senior discount. Every other aspect was perfect; a painless operation!

They were very careful, polite and professional. They are excellent. I'm on service plan with them.

They were very courteous from the initial phone call through the follow up "Thank You for your business" letter. They were $100 cheaper than another contractor on Angie's list, and the quality of their work was excellent. They are the first company to call with any plumbing problem.

The gentleman said yes, we would. When I received the quote, it included the same discount we already got through the warehouse. When I called and spoke with Don to find out about the discount they were supposed to extend (Scotto's discount), he said they gave me a good price. I left it alone until the warehouse called and said that they missed a charge for shipping on the shower unit, which would be an additional $250. I was surprised to hear that an outfit as big as them would miss something like this. I decided to cancel the whole order and went through The Home Depot instead. I called Scotto's and told them I just wanted them to install the materials I purchased at Home Depot and they said fine and scheduled the job for Monday, between 9:00 and 10:00. It is now Monday at 11:00 and when I called Scotto's at 10:30, they said whoops, we scheduled you for NEXT Monday, March 27th. We are leaving the state Wednesday and Scotto's was aware of our plans.

They were very professional and did and excellent job but they are on the pricey side.

They had to come back to do additional work, but the company is good.

THE PRICE TO REPLACE AN O RING & BASE FITTING ON A TOILET REPAIR A LEAK SHOULD NOT COST $450.

Serviceman said he couldn't re-locate the shut off valve. I ended up with the hot water installed with no new shut off valve.

John came to our home and grumbled about why they would schedule him so late in the day for such a big job. His attitude did not improve. Arty, in Scotto's office, had asked John to look at a leaky faucet, which was under warranty, while he was there. We had to remind John to do that. Then John said that he didn't have the faucet parts plus his company wouldn't fix it any, but would replace it for four or five hundred dollars. John said someone would call me the next day about it. When no one called, I called them and was informed by someone named Michelle that Arty had made a big mistake, that he could find no paperwork about the faucet, but if I could find some paperwork, I should call them back. Where did the old Scotto's go? In the past, they have always been pleasant and courteous to a fault. They always went the extra mile. I will no longer do business with them nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Although this company was very helpful and nice we did not use them. The cost of the garbage disposal was $200.00 more than the exact same unit purchased through Lowes. The installation price estimate was $100.00 less with Scottos.

They were very nice, very good, and very helpful. Pat gave me some good advice and good suggestions.

The price was what I expected. They did an excellent job. They always return calls promptly. I've never had to leave a message. They cleaned up well, and we were very satisfied.

HENRY, THE PLUMBER, WAS NEAT, CHARISMATIC, CLEAN, QUICK, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE WILL REQUEST HIM SPECIFICALLY THE NEXT TIME WE HAVE A PROBLEM. I'M ALSO AMAZED AT THEIR RESPONSE TIME. I CALLED WITH AN EMERGENCY ON SUNDAY MORNING AND THE RECEPTIONIST WHO WAS AT A HORSE SHOW WITH HER DAUGHTER, TOOK TIME OUT OF HER DAY TO HELP ME AND SHE DID IT WITH THE MOST PLEASANT DEMEANOR A PERSON COULD ASK FOR.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY CALLED ME RIGHT BACK.

Pat, the plumber, was on time and very pleasant. He showed me the issue as he did the investigation and provided insights on what to look for and how to repair. He explained the plumbing system in the home and the probable causes. In addition, he went out of his way to explain other plumbing issues in the home and make recommendations for future repairs/modifications.

He worked quickly, was courteous,pleasant and well-mannered. (Really a B+) He was a clean-looking person, and answered my questions while he was working and I was reading the product booklet. My water heater failed and I called Wed morning. Due to Martin L King holiday I was unable to get the installation until Tuesday morning. Harry was on time. I bought the ten yr warranty extension. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. It would have been better to have a shorter lag time between order and install.
