The project was successful and progressed smoothly. My report is very favorable.

WOW!!! That is all I can say. The person taking my call was nice. Justin, the plumber was very nice. He kept the work area clean. They were actually a little earlier than they quoted for a time. It was done in a timely manner and they have no addon charges. There is no charge for time. I would have them work for me anytime. I would recommend them to friends also.

I was very dissatisfied. Don't remember cost.

It was good. I didn't like that they wanted me to sign a one year contract.

At first, we were concerned because the plumber said he had never seen a toilet like ours (low gravity, low flow). But in the end he got the job done.

The work was fine, no complaint. They were right on time and went right to the job. We had a big snaking out in the yard for the main drain which was less than this job. It was more expensive than we expected. I would look around in the future.

The company was very efficient in returning calls and setting up appointments. They made several visits to my home before the true cause of the problem was identified. The plumbers were always on time and very professional. Many times, the visits lasted for longer than anticipated but I wasn't charged any additional fees. Once the company identified the source of the problems, repairs were underway and everything was completed in a day with no disruption to my life.

Our water heater died during the night and we called Scotto's plumbing from Angie's list. They brought out a new water heater and replaced the dead one. The job was well done and we were very happy to have hot water again.

Excellent work, very professional. Vincent arrived when he said he would. He called me with the estimate, and then completed the work within a couple of hours. A pleasure to do business with!

The work was done in a prompt and satisfactory manner and under emergency circumstances, because my sewer line had completely deteriorated. I would have preferred a personal phone call or contact, when I called to complain that the installer spilled what appeared to be permanent solution onto my pool deck. It was removed, but my deck was discolored, as a result.

I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Both times Justin arrived before the appointment time with his booties on, and worked diligently and swiftly. The second time he left to get black caulk from a supplier, that was included in the price. He even checked a leaking toilet and replaced the flapper for free!!! Justin is very professional and pleasant, besides being a great plumber. The MOST enjoyable plumbing experience!!!!

The initial response to my call was positive. I was able to talk to an experienced person who understood what I wanted and assured me they could do the job. They did more than meet my needs. They were able to come earlier than expected - the same day! The work was done quietly, efficiently, and there was absolutely no mess to clean up. The plumber even told me that I didn't need to move anything myself - that he would take care of it. The system is working well and I have received a written thank you note,an offer to contact them with any questions or concerns, and a refrigerator magnet.

Called at 3 pm on a Saturday and Justin showed up only 1 1/2 hours later! Gave us a discount for short distance of drain to septic and also Angie's List discount. The price of $99 above the amount is the after hours / Saturday emergency charge. Very nice, thoroughly checked all drains. Very very satisfied with work, and completed all the work in a very timely manner. Justin went above and beyond our expectations.

The repairman was there on time and was very helpful not just in fixing the leak, but helping me understand why I kept having the same problem with this particular faucet.

The office called to mention that they were running a bit late, which we appreciated. The technician, Harry, was very professional and courteous and explained some things about the plumbing in our older house, that we didn't know. Overall we are very pleased with this company.

Scotto's was able to send a technician much sooner than they estimated (the problem was somewhat of an emergency). Vinnie, the plumber, was prompt, very skilled, and professional. I will likely use them again in the future.

I have used this companies services for many years. They offer the Angie's List discount which is very nice. After they have done their work they even leave you another money saving discount. They are also very clean and make sure that the workers put booties on before they enter the house.

They called before they showed up, even showing up early. He was wearing a uniform. He did a very good job and cleaned up everything. I was satisfied with the service.

Jason, was very courteous, took off his shoes before he came in, I couldn't believe it, even I don't do that, he showed me what he was doing and explained everything to me and why it needed to be done. He also make sure EVERYTHING was cleaned up before he left. I will always call the Scotto's when I need a plumber.

Plumber was on time, explained options to me and what he repaired. Finished job in about an hour.

The workman came out the morning after I called at the scheduled time. He was polite and cleaned up his area well. We are pleased with the work done. However, Scotto's price was about $100 more than other telephone bids I had received. We decided to go ahead with them rather than forfeit $49 for a bid we didn't use. My advice: don't bother with a company that won't do free bids. There were many others with high service ratings that do give free bids.

This was an atypical experience with this company. The installer did not install correctly, and when I pointed this out, he said ''That's how it's supposed to be.'' Don, the manager had the problem corrected by having the intaller re-install the unit correctly. I did leave a note for the installer to complete technical information in the Service Manual, but he did not do it. As I said, this was an atypical experience with this company. Previous experiences have been excellent, and even in this one, Don was most helpful. Ratings refer to the installer, not the company itself.

Justin was on time and very polite. He explained two possible solutions. He wore shoe covers and cleaned up when he was finished. I would use this company again, they were very impressive.
