It went very well. I called Scotto's with a plumbing emergency (unable to flush toilet) and they responded in a very timely manner. Tony was personable, had all the right tools on his vehicle, and seemed to do all the right things.

This happened on Memorial day weekend. I called three different plumbers and Scotto's Plumbing was the first to respond. Justin arrived at the promised time. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me a written proposal. The $98.00 surcharge for holiday/weekend/evening service seemed reasonable. The work was efficiently performed in a professional manner. Justin represented Scotto's well. I was pleased and satisfied with the work.

They are professional, courteous, and give a great price. When they were finished they cleaned up the large mess in the bathroom. They are prompt and concerned about problems you have. They always do a great job and I have been with them 5 years or so and will continue use them in future.

Vinnie arrived on time and fixed the leaky toilet. He also checked my water meter because I was concerned about increased usage on my bill. In addition, he checked the rest of the plumbing in the house and the outside bibs to be sure there were no leaks. Outstanding service.

They were very prompt. We were able to get service the same day we called, to replace a leaking valve in the shower. They were on time and did a great job.

Scotto's service was awesome. First place I called was using their phone for a fax leading me to 2nd selection for which I am forever grateful, I am 75 years old and not able to move heavy stuff, Ralph made sure my washer was OK.

He gave me a few options to fix it or rebuild it. Very knowledgeable and good.

Husband broke pipe when installing a new shower head, service technician came out and fixed the pipe and installed the shower head quickly, efficiently, and perfectly. Service technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the visit very easy on us. Cost was very reasonable.

He really took his time and made sure everything was working for me.

See above story. It ended well with no leaks, and no damage of any significance done. The plumber was very apologetic and nice.

Originally, we scheduled the appt. for water around the base of a toilet (we thought the wax seal had gone). But the technician inspected it and felt the seal was fine and didn't want us to pay $200 just to pull the toilet to find out. Instead he tightened 3 bolts that were loose on the tank, and placed dye in the water to check. He was right! The leak came from jarring of the tank...not the wax seal. So we directed him to another problem on the list, the softener drain.

They were wonderful! They explained everything to me. They were neat, tidy, and explained everything to me up front. The quality of workmanship is great.

Everything went smoothly. It took about 3.5 hours, an hour more than the estimate, without a change in price ($675 tank, plus $49 visit charge, less $15 Angie's discount). Harry protected our floors before changing out the tanks and left the work area spotless. So far, a week after the installation, everything is working well.

The employees are always clean and friendly. They are also very punctual. Their prices are very much in line with other plumbers in the area. The price reflects me being a member of the Diamond Club, so I get a discount.

Arrived promptly a little before scheduled time. Very courteous. Listened well to problem as stated by homeowner. Went to work and completed in timely fashion. Checked additional plumbing in the house and gave ideas for future.

The tech he sent out was nice, but the work wasn't as neat as it could have been and they had missed a spot where there should have been caulking. I called and had them come back out, which they did and fixed it to my liking. I also signed a plumbing contract with them.

This was the third time I used Scotto's Plumbing. I had two drains that were getting progressively worse. The plunger and Draino were no longer working. I called Scotto's on Saturday night and I got (I believe) the owner right away, who set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The technician, Patrick, came on time. He was professional, pleasant, and courteous. He explained, through use of his sketches, how, why, and where the drains get blocked up. He gave me some preventative maintenance tips and cleared our two drains that were clogged with hair and hardened soap scum. He also looked at my other sinks and faucets in the guest bath, kitchen, and laundry area to ensure they were in working order. The technician also told me the about the benefits of a water softener and gave me an estimate for a water softener. The price for unclogging the drains was more than I expected but the service is always outstanding.

The work was OK, the problem was it was terribly expensive. I was told there was a $49 service charge and then additional charges, I did not expect to pay this much!

They did an excellent job and the price was reasonable.

I had a water leak from a pipe somewhere outside in my yard. I called Scotto's Plumbing. It took a few days before anybody could come out. The day before my appointment it rained all day and night. It continued to rain extremely hard on the day of appointment. When the person from Scotto's arrived I told him he obviously could not do anything with the rain pouring down and the ground soaked. He agreed he could not. I did explain the problem and he told me it soundled like I needed a brand new system. I asked him how much and he stated at least $1,200. I told him I had a leak and just wanted that fixed. He then stated they would have to dig up the whole yard to determine where the leak was coming from. I told him I did not want that and he stated the only other option would be to have a company ''they'' work with and they could determine where the leak was without tearing up the yard. I asked how much that was and he stated at least $300.00 and possibly more. I told him no thanks!

I have a yearly contract with them.

They were very courteous about coming out for the emergency. I was given the emergency price and the minimum charge for drain line clean out by telephone. Patrick arrived in a bit over two hours as promised. He was very informative, helpful, and knowledgeable. The charge was exactly as quoted MINUS an Angie's List discount!

I had called them out before. They are very helpful and gave me info about keeping it un plugged. Very helpful!
