They came out, inspected it, and I decided to have a new toilet installed. He came Friday and finished the job pretty fast. Everything was really good.

They were so good I had them right back out for a water softener.

John who came out was very knowledgeable and explained things very well. He was clean and neat with his work.

They were good. They put in quality product and have our maintenance contract.

There was an experienced plumber and his assistant doing the job. The assistant did most of the work with our supervision. I told them I wanted the job inspected before I paid the remaining bill. After the inspection, we found the job was not done sufficiently. There were several errors made during the whole process but then rectified after I contacted the company regarding my complaints. The job took a lot longer than it should have. They were late one day during the job and have a new policy stating they will pay if they were ever late. I received $350 the day they were late. They were clean and polite but none of these errors should have been made. When the job was finally finished they had gone above and beyond my expectations to fix these problems.

He did a good job but the price was very high.

He came on time. He was neat and did a good job installed the new john and removed the old one. He cleaned up well even mopping the floor when he was finished. Polite and a very nice man.

Overall it was a good experience. It only took a couple of hours to replace the hot water heater. There was other work that needed to be completed as well. We just bought this house and there wasn't a shut-off switch or a pan so those things needed to be provided as well.

I am very satisfied with the whole thing.

The service plumber that Scotto's sent out was named Patrick Hardman. He was so polite and never objected to my questions. I usually try to do home maintenance myself, but plumbing is not something that comes easily to me. He told me that I could go to a large home improvement store and buy the toilets myself and that that would be cheaper for me. I, however, didn't want to do that, but I was impressed that he gave me that option. Among the many things I learned, I now know how to put caulking around my tub and countertops so that it looks neater. He tipped me on how to clean my old bathtub's enamel. I was very pleased with the work and the cleanup. I will definitely use Scotto's for all my plumbing needs.

Discovered our water heater was leaking. Called Scotto's early Monday morning. Arranged an appointment for that afternoon. Tony showed up promptly, examined the water heater, gave me an estimate and scheduled the work for the next day. Again, Tony showed up promptly and began the installation. When he had it installed he discovered that the new WH had a defective relief valve. Poor guy had to remove the newly installed WH, return it to the supplier and pick up a new one. He returned with a new one and promptly installed it. Throughout the whole time Tony was a gem. He never complained about having to redo his work because of the manufacturing defect, but rather he was apologetic to me for any inconvenience it may have caused. The quality of his work was excellent. The new WH works great and I would call them again.

I called Scotto's Plumbing first thing that Monday morning (I broke the pipe Sunday evening) and they told me someone would be there between 8 and 9am. Jason arrived at 8:45am and explained what had to be done and an approximate time he would be finished. Jason completed the job in about an hour and then waited another 15 minutes to make sure there were no leaks. I was very pleased with the work that was done and how it was explained to me. Jason was very friendly and informative and did a great job.

The job went fine. John was early, finished quickly and was off. No questions, no problems.

Called 9/4/07 in the afternoon. Was given $660 quote and told someone could be out 9/5 between 12 and 2. John Wear showed up at 1 PM . He drained and removed old heater. Installed new heater in a clean and professional manner.

Patrick Hardman came on time, he did it quickly and he cleaned up well. He was everything you'd want in a plumber. He explained how the garbage disposal worked, what you should and shouldn't put in them, and how to clean it. They even gave us an Angie's List discount!

They were over priced for 5 min. worth of work.

My wife calls me at work at 1:30 p.m. To tell me there was water spraying out of the water heater. I arrive home, check Angie's List and call Scotto's by 2:00 p.m. John arrives at 3:30 p.m. He has a look, shows me what's going on and we decide that replacing the water heating is the best route. He heads out to get a new water heater. Comes back, hauls out the old one (which won't drain due to being full of sediment) and installs the new one and is out by 7:30 p.m. This included a drain pan (which we didn't have), a drain line through the wall to the outside and a new pressure release pipe (to the outside through the existing hole) John was great; he explained everything he was doing and told me everything I ever wanted to know about water heaters but was afraid to ask, cleanup all the water and left no mess. He even noted that one of my washing machines hoses was kinked creating a weak spot so he replaced them with metal braided hoses. The C grade on price just means it was fair.

Good. They were here within 30 minutes of call. The Tech seemed to be very efficient. Told me to call immediately, if problem not solved. As of yet, all is well.

They are extremely expensive. I bought the unit previously and they came out and charged $49 for the diagnostic and $219 for the installation. It cost more because I bought it previously.

Very Professional, I will be calling them back to do more work for me.

He was very prompt and did a clean job. He did the job mainly from the roof and did not come inside much.

I had installed a toilet myself but, as it was my first and I was afraid of cracking the tank (the reason I had to replace it in the first place), I didn't tighten the bolts down enough between the tank and the bowl as well as the bowl and the floor. I am selling the condo and the buyer's inspector noticed the leaks so I wanted to have it fixed properly. I thought we had agreed that Scotto's would call 10 minutes before arriving (since I don't presently live at the condo). Because they didn't call and I wasn't there, no work was done and only when I called 30 minutes after the 2 hour window did I find out it was too late. We did reschedule the next day and they called to say they were at my place 45 minutes before the 2 hour window, which was inconvenient due to a busy day. He said he understood and could wait. I got there in about 10 minutes and the work was done without a problem.

I have always had good service from them. They are wonderful and they are a good company to deal with.

I will always use this company and highly recommend them as well!!
