Went very well! Liked them a lot, they got the job done in a timely manner and everything was fixed properly.

Work went fine and I have a new working garbage disposal; I had an Angie's List coupon but the plumber refused to take since he was not charging me an additional service fee. I agreed to that but when he left, I called the office and the manager or who ever runs the office said he should have given me the discount and sent me a refund for that amount of coupon. Other than that mix up everything went fine.

A call was made at 9 AM and answered same day around noon. Justin, the serviceman, was courteous and totally professional in every respect. House call fee was waived and discount coupon was applied to price. A two years warranty was given on parts and labor. 100% satisfaction. Will certainly use this company again and recommend it to anyone.

Having formerly been a manager of commercial properties, I was thoroughly impressed. I'd absolutely use them again.

Scotto came out on 3/21/08 (for what I thought was to be a repair) and gave us an estimate ($49.00) to repair four of our toilets. We were unaware that they were coming for an ESTIMATE- we thought they were coming to make the repairs. We had used this company before and didn't ask for an estimate - only wanted the repair. They gave an estimate and said it would be 4-6 weeks before the parts came in. 4/14/08 they called and said the wrong parts came in. 5/16/08 I called and they said our American Standard parts were not in yet (we have Kohler toilets, so I don't know what that meant). I am just guessing they again ordered the wrong parts. 5/20/08 I called again and they said they were at the mercy of Kohler and the parts were not yet in. At that point I cancelled the order. I really needed my toilets to be repaired. The thing that irritated me the most (besides the over two-month wait) was that I was charged for an estimate even though we were a prior customer - and we did not ask for an estimate. WE ASKED FOR A REPAIR. The other annoying thing was that they never communicated with me during this two-month wait (except for telling me the wrong parts were in). We contacted someone else and had our repairs done in 8 days (WITH NO CHARGE FOR AN ESTIMATE).

Our toilet had been backing up often so I decided to call Scott's to see what could be done. John came out during the time frame I had been told. He used a heavy duty snake and roots came back up when he took it out. The toilet was 22 years old and required lots of water to flush. John told me about the toilets that Scotto's carry. The brand is ToTo, designed in Japan but made in the USA. His description sold me on the idea of buying this toilet. He arrived on time on May 6th and went right to work. He had me look at what he found once he had the old toilet out. The drain was tight with roots for at least 12 inches. He cleaned the area around the flange real good and some down the pipe. He had to put metal pieces on the flange as the roots had pushed on the underside, causing the flange to crack. The new ToTo Drake ADA toilet was installed and I couldn't be happier with it! It only takes 1.6 gallons of water to flush and it's like a cyclone! The tank fills faster then I can wash my hands. The toilet itself is one and a half inches taller then the old one and that makes a big difference to me, with my bad back. I was given a ten percent senior discount and was not charged for the trip. I am pleased to say that once again, Scotto's came to the rescue! I would recommend Scotto's to anyone who has a plumbing problem!

They saved me about $40 on installation, rather than going with where I purchased the heater from. He hauled the old heater away for $20. He did an excellent job. He cleaned up mess and gave me same day service. He gave me a $15 off coupon for the next time I use them.

I was outside while they were doing the work. They told me there was no leak. They ended up drilling holes in the wall on the other side of the vanity to find out where the leak was coming from, even though it was coming from outside. They then ended up installing a new fixture in the bathtub which was just fine to begin with. When I told them that I had not authorized the work they informed me that my husband had authorized for them to do the work. My husband however had an accident and is not physically capable of making decisions. I even showed them a notarized letter indicating this to them. I had to go back outside to deal with another company that I had at the house. When I came back in 20 minutes later they had the part in and my husband was writing him a check. I questioned the worker about this because the estimate was supposed to be free. He informed me that he put in a whole new set for my bathtub, I told him that I didn't need this. I then asked him to take the fixtures out and put my old fixtures back in. He told me he couldn't do that because it would be too much work. He then told me he was going to call his supervisor. When he came back in the worker told me that his supervisor said that we would have to pay because my husband had authorized the work. They wouldn't even give me a discount. I would not use them again and would not recommend them.

Not so good, but I have to give them credit for handling the situation with professionalism. The toilet was not sealed properly and after about two weeks, I had water leaking into my newly remodeled kitchen below. Ugh! I contacted Don Welshimer, the service manager and he immediately handled the problem. Mistakes sometimes happen and the key to any good business is in how the mistakes are handled. Don made several trips to my home, met with my contractor and worked with me very closely while the damage was being assessed. Once the contractor's estimate came in, Don informed me that they would have to turn it over to their insurance company. I was afraid that would be a fight, but they were also very easy to work with and promptly agreed to reimburse me. This is a great example of a bad situation that was turned around by caring and professional people. My hat's off to Don!

Kitchen faucet broke, called for service in morning, offered same day appointment. Chose replacement faucet, returned within 48 hours to install. Inspected hot water heater and found good condition, no service needed; no charge. Gave me information on how to contact manufacturer regarding rusting lavatory faucet and warranty replacement. Justin was very polite, professional, answered all my questions, advised on the merits of water softener, gave information, but without any push or hard sell to purchase or schedule.

They tech was dressed appropriately and had a professional demeanor. I also have a neighborhood cat who likes to leave dead mice in my driveway and I appreciated him picking them up for me while he was there.

The price was fair. The fellow was very personable and I am utterly pleased! He gave me a two hour window and was here within that. They tell you in their ad if they are not clean or if they are late, they will pay you! There is a two year warranty on all the parts.

The job was done quickly and professionally. The technician also re-grouted around the base of two loose toilets at no charge, as a courtesy.

All went very well. Tony came to the house on schedule and assessed the tasks. We discussed the tub installation and available types of faucets for the tub. I chose a specific type of faucet. We then discussed what was needed for a lasting repair under the kitchen sink. He then calculated and gave me a fixed price for all tasks, and I accepted. He left to get a utility tub and faucet, and returned promptly. Tony worked until all tasks were finished, and the work is very professional looking. All works well. He was also very polite and cleaned up all work areas.

Everything went flawlessly. Prompt, professional and courteous. Have used them before to fix a leak about a year ago in this same bathroom.

The appointment "window" was 2-4pm. Tony showed up at 2:10 (unheard of in these days!). An A+ for that. His demeanor was very friendly and cheerful. He summarized the issues and the options, which were right in line with what I was anticipating. He worked non-stop and I am very pleased with the work that has been done so far. I felt totally confident that he is good at his job and knows what he is doing. You know I am going to mark a "B" on price, because no one ever likes costs of repairs - but I believe the charges were fair, competitive and in line.

He was very knowledgeable & easy to talk to. I showed him where I thought the leaks were - my water bill the last 2 times had been over $40.00 more than usual. He checked those - the 2 toilets & the outside main valve screw. He then took care of these & checked the water meter to make sure that the needle was not moving, & it wasn't, so the leaks had been taken care of. He then explained that the washing machine hoses breaking (he explained that they are under constant water pressure) is one of the most common insurance flooding claims & is one of the easiest things to prevent. He scared me enough to get these replaced since he had the hoses necessary in his truck. I then showed him the kitchen faucet that was cracked & had needed to be replaced for the last 3 years. He gave me a good price - $199 - for both the faucet & labor, so I had him replace it. He also gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to get a water softener installed.

The whole experience was very professional & customer friendly from answering the phone to prompt service to expert work. Definitely will call them for our next plumbing problem.

I am very happy with their service, they came right on time, very friendly, gave additional info when asked. Put booties on his shoes. Not only was he great to work with, the lady in the office was very sweet to speak with.

They were more than just on time, they had said between Noon and 2:00 p.m. and they were waiting until Noon to ring the doorbell. Best of all: the booties the plumber wore over his shoes when inside the house. No tromping the mud from outside to inside. Excellent service, fast (next day appt on a non-emergency). And reasonable. Justin was the plumber. He was very competent and thoughtful.

They were very neat and careful in my home. They were very clean, punctual, and did a good job.

When they had to return to fix a problem with the toilet, they didn't charge me a service charge. They are very, very good! They wear booties on their feet and are very clean in cleaning up their mess.

Their prices are very reasonable. I really shopped around and they gave me a better price on a water softener than another company I was looking at going with. They cleaned up well after themselves and when they were done my garage was cleaner than before they started. They came right out and did the work. I would use them again and am trying to get on their diamond list for frequently users.
