During a recent flood in my home, they were able to diagnose and repair the problem as well as refer me to a good company to extract and dry the affected areas of my home. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I had a huge shower leak and the leak detection company representative (not Scotto's) could not diagnose it properly. This was because the drain was impossible for the gentleman to test as it was nearly closed from calcium deposits, hair and soap and shampoo residue. He said that it could completely block my drain to proceed and that I had a "big problem". I called Scotto's and was told they could open it without causing further trouble to my "mature plumbing" system. Justin arrived that day and was quite professional; introducing himself, greeting my enthusiastic little dog and getting down to the task at hand. He quickly said he needed a different tool or something else to do the work. He left and returned promptly. He showed me the problem, told me how to prevent further clogs, emphasized Scotto's 3 month warranty on the work done and left my home clean, all in about an hour or so.

The bottom blew out of our water heater. My husband told me he could not to the work himself and we needed a plumber. Without hesitation, I took out my Angie's List magazine and called the 07 service award winner. The plumber arrived at my house within an hour. I had already checked a website to get an idea of the cost of the water heater and added what I thought would be the labor. The estimate was extremely close to what I had estimated. I asked about the installation of a tankless heater (a job I knew would be more expensive) I was told the company could not back this product and given the reasons why, (even though it would have been a larger revenue producer for them). Once we agreed they were the ones for the job, we were told a second plumber would be needed for assistance. The 2nd plumber arrived within 30 minutes. The entire job was completed within 3 hours and the quality was 2nd to none.

Tony the technician was very nice, got here within an hour, got toilet working, used the "worm" to make sure it was OK, tested bathtub drain which was OK.

They arrived without delay. The tub drains great. The faucets don't leak. I am happy!

The plumber was very courteous and timely, and did exactly what he said he was going to do.

Overall the project went well. The problem toilet had not been put together correctly to start with. Could have been from factory or my other repair person.

I called them up and told them that I had some inefficient toilets. They made some recommendations. The guy they sent out arrived on time, was very polite and did his work. The price was what was quoted. The toilets are working great.

Jason showed up on time and diagnosed the problem as a bad water heater. Had a new water heater brought out. This is one of the short water heaters that sits on a platform above the dryer in the garage. They sent another plumber to help put the water heater on the raised platform. No problem with that. The only reason I rated this job so poorly is the price. Since my water heater was leaking, it needed to be fixed pretty quickly, but I would suggest you shop around if you have the time. In their defense, they told me the cost up front. I did not have the luxury of time to shop around.

The quality of work they did was very good. The man who came was on time, and very nice. He even checked my other toilet to make sure it was running correctly. I thought the price was a little high, but the quality was good so it was worth it.

They came right out after we called but unfortunately, the shower handle wasn't reinstalled correctly and the faucet makes a terrible noise if it isn't turned on all the way up. In addition, the hot and cold indicators were not lined up correctly.

They were terrific in every aspect and I would highly recommend them.

Jason was prompt in fact arrived a couple of minutes ahead of promised time. Called problem into Scotto's at 8:45 am. Jason arrived at 9:55 am. The sewer was cleared and job completed at 10:55 am. Jason wasted no time. He knew what to do and acted immediately and professionally upon my approval.

He was very tidy and professional. The quality of his work was good. He was timely with his work and had given me an estimate before he started.

They have a 24 hour call center and they came out the same day for me. The plumber was wonderful and professional and they cleaned up after themselves very meticulously.

I had some new cabinetry put in and needed to get the plumbing re-done. Everything was just excellent. The guy did a great job; he was very personable and professional. He cleaned up well afterwords and gave me advice on keeping things maintained.

We were having problems with bubbles in the toilets and had some problems with water backing up in the shower and the tub. We had previously had a handy man try to run a snake through, however the problem did not go away. I called at 4:00 on Thursday afternoon and they set my appt. for 10-12 the very next day. Justin arrived on at 10:30 and was done by noon. I was very impressed with how careful Justin was with making sure that he did not walk anything in the house by covering his shoes and how clean the job was done and how quickly.
