They were on time. Bobby was the plumber for both days. I am very happy overall with this company.

I love them. They have a special Diamond Club program that costs $60 or $70 a year, which gives you 25% off of any services. They also guarantee a plumber within an hour. When I had a flood in my kitchen and I had my friend staying here, the plumber actually was at my house before I arrived home. He was here within half an hour.

They sent a couple of technicians and they didn't find the problem. I think they thought it was user error at first and finally realized that it was the thermostat. They sent people out pretty quickly, but they didn't figure out the problem at first.

I did not use this company. If the receptionist, who is the first impression of any company, was going to be this rude, I didn't want to waste my time with any other employee

They are very expensive, but they do very good quality work. I have had an okay experience with them.

We pay a certain amount a month, which is kind of like a retainer. They keep it in an account for us, so when we need something done they use that money. They go above and beyond what they have to do. I like the workers that come out. They are very courteous for the most part. The clean up after themselves. They cleaned up after themselves.

Showed up on time, took less than an hour to do work. It was raining when serviceman got here so I did have to mop my kitchen floor after. This of course was a miner detail.

They are very reasonably priced. They have a Diamond Club program which draws $7.50 a month which applies to any work needed. The workmen when were shoe booties over the shoes to protect your floors. They follow up after the service. I request the same serviceman. They have the same service people because they treat their employees. They give you a time frame of when they will show up.

I called at 10 in the morning-they were able to come out within 3 hours. He said it would be about 90 to unclog the toilet-but it would keep getting clogged as the style of the toilet was bad(we agree-it clogs at least once a week). I asked how much it would be to install a new toilet and he quoted me $330 installed for the least expensive toilet. I said great-do it. He then called the company who said they had it in stock and I could get it installed that afternoon. The company then called him and said they didn't have the least expensive(round seat)but they had the oval seat that they would give to me for the same price. They then found out the only had the "comfort height"(IE-a little taller so easier to sit on)which again costs more money-but they were standing by their original quote of $330. They removed the old toilet-installed the new deluxe model-totally cleaned up their mess & gave me the Angie's discount-so we paid $315. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this company.

They were very professional and always on time. They had to weld flush stem which was broken, cut it off and put in the new one. They were involved in their work. I think the prices are good. They are good in all the work they do.

They came the same day we called them. He was very pleasant, clean and he tidied up the mess. He was knowledgeable and he knew what needed to be done and he done a good job. His quality of work is good.

They told me that I would have to have my house dehumidified. They ended up not being able to fix the problem and I had to call someone else out. The company that I called was able to fix it quickly and it hasn't occured again.

I called Scotto's about a slow draining tub and needed service fast. I am a landlord for my nephew's house that he rents until he can find a buyer and my tenant had called the housing inspector and written a demand letter threatening to withhold her rent if the slow draining tub wasn't fixed within seven days. I was out of town for the first four days so I needed someone fast. The support staff at Scotto's were extremely helpful, found a way to squeeze my job in the same day I called, and agreed to write a letter to the housing inspector letting him know that the tub was fully functional and in compliance. The plumber who came to the house was extremely knowledgeable, very patient with my very exciteable and somewhat overbearing tenant, and fixed the problem quickly. I am so glad I found Scotto's and will definately use them again if I need a plumber.

They did a great work and it only took one day.

They were very prompt. They coordinated with the tile man when they did the bathroom. They were courteous and their prices were fair.

My toilet was running and they were able to repair it.

Scotto's scheduled the work for the next morning following the day I called. They indicated someone would be at my house between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. Anthony arrived just before 8:00 am. He was friendly and efficient. He checked his work and made sure there were no leaks before leaving. He cleaned the work area and took the old hardware with him. I forgot to use the $15 Angie's List coupon. The total charge includes $49 for a trip charge.

They were good. I am happy with everything they do. They are clean and the workmanship is great.

I bought the faucet and they installed it. They were very professional. They did the job quickly. They are very friendly and courteous. They did a good job.

The plumber is excellent, he was here when he was supposed to be and does nice work. He even went to three places and found the valve that looked like what we had as it is an older kind of valve and his company did not carry. He did this on his own time and didn't charge me for that.

I have used this company before. They are professional. They take my calls and come out right away. I like that they clean up after themselves. They give money saving suggestions. They helped me get a rebate on the products that I bought.

Justin was great. He worked quickly, responded to questions and even checked my water heater at no additional charge. There was a minor problem with one commode. I called one day and they were out the next to take care of the problem.

The work was done well and stopped the leak. Serviceman was very friendly and polite. However, for the time spent and the parts used, I thought the price was quite high.
