I like the fact that he covered his shoes before he came into the house. He familiarized me with my options with regard to the water heater, like the tank less and the new hybrid and the regular ones. Since I had a lot of questions, he answered them off. He seemed to be prepared with his truck to put in any unit that I decided on, and he did it right away once I decided which way to go. He was very helpful to me because some of the options would have been a waste of money for me, with my circumstances. He just stayed there, did his work and completed it. He was in and out and I’m very satisfied. I think the price was competitive because I had to consider his labor too with the other tanks. I just can’t go by what I could get at a store. I intend to use him again in the future.

Sheduled the plumber to meet with our contractor. The appointment was kept and on time. We had follow-up work later in the week and that, too, was easily scheduled. All was very professionally done. Timely service and quick understanding of exactly what we wanted was great! Our contractor had a follow-up job done to re-direct the sink drain (our new sink was wider and didn't quite match the old drain pipes. Bobby came out and took care of it. Jason made sure the final bill for this was sent to the contractor in a timely manner so we didn't have to get involved.Overall I was very, very please with Scotto's plumbing. I will keep their card close by and will recommend them to friends, neighbors, and family.

Scotto's fixed a leak. I called them after Slaughter Plumbing came and was paid, but it was still leaking!

They were extremely nice, the guy was on the ball, got in there, got to work, and he was really nice. He gave me a discount, as I am legally blind. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

Have used Scotto's many times and are always satisfied with promptness, efficiency, and work completed.

Got up to find water all over family room floor. There was a leak from the broken reverse osmosis faucet. Called Scotto they arrived withing the hour. They diagnosed the problem, turned off the valve and that took care of the problem. Very fast response and repair. Will definitely use again.!

The next day my wife was doing the dishes, and the water came through like a sieve. So, I called them again - I could see the piping was loose. He didn't tie it - just put it together. So I called them and came out while I was gone. They said to my wife, "You need new piping." In the meantime, I came back, and he had all the pipes all laid out again. He wanted $191.53 again - the same amount as before. I asked him what he was trying to do, and he said, "You need new piping." I told him he only need to tighten it down, and he did it, without saying a word, and took off. I was always satisfied with Scotto's, but I have second thoughts about calling them again, because of that guy, David. Besides, he couldn't do it on his own. Scotto's had to be in agreement with what he was doing, so I will probably never use Scotto's again..

Scotto Plumbing always showed up on time and provided courteous work. Also if there was ever any problem with the work they did they came to my house right away to fix the problem. They are a little on the pricey side but worth it. It is kind of one of those deals where you get what you pay for. I am willing to pay a little more for a company that I can depend on. They stand behind their work.

They were a little expensive, but I would use them again.

I stepped into a pond of water this morning when I entered the kitchen for my coffee. After determining that the water was coming from under the sink somewhere, I called Scotto's. They said they would have someone here between noon and 2pm. This was at 8:33am. Called back at 10 and said someone was on the way now if I was available. The technician located the problem immediately and explained what we needed to do to fix it. While he was under there I had him replace the insinkerator which has not worked for some time now. The pvc connections were bad so I had him replace those as well. The original leak sent water under and through most of the the cabinets. The tech called a contractor he works with often and let him know I needed his services. He finished his work in a timely manner and did an excellent job.

Great. I've forgotten his name, but the plumber was professional and arrived promptly--about 45 minutes after the call on a Sunday--to get to work. In all the job took about an hour and a half. I was dismayed to learn that this was going to be a bigger project than I expected, but the plumber knew his work and got right to it quickly, cleanly, and effectively. Once completed, he made sure that everything was in working order (it was), and wrote out the work order. The only minor issue was pricing. I was aware of the call/travel charge of $49, and I was aware of the emergency service fee of $49 which frankly both seemed fair. But I was taken aback briefly by the flat-fee billing of the work performed. I was under the impression that plumbers billed on an hourly basis. This was not something that was covered when I called, but that's fine as it was a Sunday and I neglected to ask. But there's a part of me that sees that this cuts both ways. While the plumber clearly had years of experience and worked quickly and precisely, his time on the job was probably much less than a green plumber. So in the end, I'm extremely satisfied with the whole job.

I liked their service. They were here when they said they would be here. They serviced a minor problem. They said they would be back and they were back. The work was done well and we were very pleased. The price included the purchase of a faucet as well.

All went very well. Called Scotto's Sept 1, they scheduled a service call for Sept 2. Plumber was on time, and he performed the service quickly. He was quite knowlegeable of the water purifier system. He was courteous. I am pleased with Scotto's Plumbing.

I contacted Spotos for a toilet repair. I explained that my other toilet (a few months ago) was having a similar problem and it ended up being the flapper that needed replaced. I set up an appt. with Spotos 2:00 - 4:00. They told me that if they came to replace the flapper that there would be no warranty. At 4:15 I called the Spotos office again and the girl stated that they did not have my phone no. to let me know he would be late. The Plumber arrived at 4:30. The plumber came in and replaced the flapper in a few minutes. I was told it was a $49.00 service charge and I received a $15.00 discount due to Angie's List coupon which left a balance of $34.00. Within the hour after the plumber left I noticed the toilet had not been repaired. It was still coming on and running every half hour to 45 minutes. I contacted Spotos and they said he could not return until the following day so I set up a second appt. The plumber arrived and as soon as he entered my door he said that he would now need to rebuild the toilet and the cost would exceed $220.00. I asked if he didn't need to look at the toilet before making that decision. He then went into the bathroom but continued to talk about about doing this. I declined and told him that I could get a new toilet for that price. He also brought up the service fee that I paid by complaining about driving from Clearwater for $34.00. He left - no work was performed. I later called the hardware store and they felt the problem was the fill valve which cost $9.00. I picked up the fill valve and the hardware man offered to replace it for me. The next day he came and it took him less than twenty minutes and the toilet is running great! The hardware man (who has been a handyman for 40 years) told me that this "blue" flapper was absolutely not the right flapper for my toilet and we went back to the black one which was in great shape. Comments: If I did not know better I would have spent over $200.00 for him to rebuild the toilet when all it needed was a $9.00 part. Why did he replace the flapper and not tell me of his "estimate" to fix the toilet when he was here the first day? Why would be complain to me about my service charge of $34.00 when this is what they offer? Basically, I paid $34.00 for the wrong flapper and to be scammed.

They did a good job but they were a little higher priced. They charge you for the gas they use to get to your home even if they were already in the area.

I phoned on Monday requesting a service call. I was given an appointment for the same afternoon. The service truck and plumber arrived on time. I had already surmised that there was a short in the water heater. The technician confirmed a short in the water heating unit, and quoted a price to replace the unit. I agreed and he made a phone call to his office. A second truck arrived within about half an hour with a new unit, which was then installed. The old unit was hauled away, along with box & packaging for the new unit (thus, work area was cleaned up). I will definitely use Scottos for future plumbing needs.

It was a quick job and educational too all for a reasonable price. They do have a $49 service charge.

They said they don't work in Sarasota, so didn't get a chance to use them, although their details were provided by Angie's list as a firm that did work in my area.

I recently purchased a new home. The electric "on demand" water heater that was already in place was burned out. Moving from another state I assumed it would not be easy to co-ordinate buying a new heater and getting a plumber to come install it as soon as I arrived here at my new home. However I called Scotto's around 9am and they stated they could have someone here around noon. Hlf an hour later they called back to say they had someone available in the area now if I was available. David showed up within half an hour. He did an excellent job and I am quite happy with my new water heater. Having never replaced a water heater before I really have no idea if the price was good or not. I needed it done asap and it was a price I was willing to pay to get it done quickly. David was polite and knew his business. In fact he gave me advice on a few other items I needed for a new home. I will definitely call Scotto's for any future plumbing needs.

These are top notch plumbers who are very good about cleaning up, are prompt to respond, and very skilled. They use good quality materials, and are helpful to suggest changes that would make the plumbing system work better and be more durable. We've been in our house for 15 years, and they have solved numerous problems that resulted from the developer having used low cost materials in construction. They are a real partner for all things plumbing in our home.

Punctual, courteous, efficient service. I was very pleased.

They fixed everything so well that I haven't had them out here for six or seven months. I had a flush on the attic toilet which busted its gas kit, so the air was leaking out of it and I ended up replacing it with the a real toilet. They picked up the new toilet stone for me from the vendor; they brought it in and hooked it up. There was a slight leak and they came back like ten minutes from the time I called them. They fixed it again and we've had no problem with it ever since. I always rate everybody who comes to my house online. I'm one of those people who write like book on the site. The price was good. They charged me for picking up the toilet from the vendor. They were very good.

They weren't able to come out as soon as I needed, and I hired someone else. They still came out and attempted to out-bid the other company who I had do the work.

I purchased a washer and realized the hook-up faucets were so corroded that it would be impossible for the installers to put the hoses on. The delivery was the next day and I was happy that Scotto's could have a plumber at my home the day I called. The new facets were put on quickly and professionally. He tested to make sure there were not any leaks. The installers for the washer were also happy I had this done.
