The plumber came out to meet me at a rental property of mine on a Wednesday morning to inspect a leak coming out from behind a bedroom wall. He cut a small hole in the wall to try to determine what part of the pipe was leaking, but this was inconclusive. He told me that he would have to cut a 4 to 6' hole in the wall in order to replace the pipe and that he would have to come back in 2 days because the job would take anywhere from 6 to 8 hours to complete. He quoted me $800 to $1000. I said okay. He came back Friday morning at 8 am and replaced the pipe and sealed the hole back up. He called me at 11:30 to tell me that he was done and that the cost was $800. I was surprised that he had finished so quickly. Later on that evening, I had several messages from my

The office called me immediately after my inquiry; the sales/serviceman Eric was punctual, professional, friendly and the estimate was a comparative price. We decided to go with another company for personal reasons. I would call Scotto Plumbing for other services if needed.

The company called and told me he could come early and he was here at the exact time they said. It was raining so he put little booties on his shoes when he came in the house which was a very nice touch. He had all 3 toilets repaired in an amazingly short period of time. He left everything neat and clean and was very professional. I would absolutely use them again.

Overall impressions for each and every visit: Scotto's employees are professional in dress and demeanor. They arrive on time and best of all for me is that they have good solid knowledge of plumbing and educate on each visit. For example, I now use no drain cleaners other than enzyme products such as Bio-Clean. My house is old and I was grateful for the information and rationale Scotto's gave me about the differences in drain cleaners. This is only one example. It's a good feeling to have confidence in a company that comes into one's home to keep the plumbing system in tip-top shape.

Arrived as promised. Located an unusual and hard to find toilet and installed. Neat and proficient. Excellent job

Quick, professional and very reliable

Kevin want above and beyond! I purchased beautiful fixtures for my bathtub w/shower without realizing they wouldn't fit on my old pipes. Kevin came out and told me what we needed to do. It wasn't an easy solution, but Kevin made it happen! He managed to find a trim kit that fit my existing pipes and installed the new bronze fixtures I wanted. He also installed a water softener. We love it! It has made a huge difference in our water.

Instead of trying to convince me that I needed a new tub faucet he fixed the old one, which I appreciated. He did not try to pressure me. I liked the fact that when I called him, I got to speak with him right away. He came the next day and was quick and clean. he gave me a warranty for a whole year.

Arrived on time and courteous. After a quick discussion of some symptoms in the house, he said that thre were a couple of things he could do to fix but as he got to work he would see if just the flush was the issue or not. Flushed out water heater and turned out to be down to earth guy. Nice and the flush was all that was needed. He didnt try to up sell anything else and also cleaned out a kitchen faucet filter that was giving me trouble. Would recommend and use again

He came and fixed the problem with my leak. He did a great job. I was very pleased.

The service was great! We called last evening around 4:00p and they were able to get someone out here first thing this morning. The service rep was Dale and he worked swiftly and resolved our issue with ease. We will use them again if anything comes up.

It went well and we were happy with the service. We will be using them in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

He showed up and he was very nice and personable but told me all that needed done was my belt fall off. He jumped right in and put it back on and then tried to charge me $45!! I did not agree to paying that; and he claimed it was a service fee.

The Service Tech was wonderful and patient with our house full of people. I called them because they were doing work at our daughters home for our son-in-law who is a contractor. I would use them again because they did a great job, but not sure I would use them because the price was a bit high.

They were fantastic and cleaned up after themselves.

We are in the process of tackling projects to get our home completely renovated and are doing it phase by phase. I actually took the time to get estimates from 5 different highly rated plumbers. Justin answered the phone and was the most professional in answering all my questions and came in several hundred dollars lower that the other quotes. I do not base my decisions on price alone, as I go by guy and due to Justins professional manner I decided to move forward with Scotto. The team of 2 arrived just as promised and had the 3 toilets installed in about 3 hours. I would definitely recommend them

I called Scotto's, they came out within a two hour window, which was fine with me. By that time, the water ran with no problem but the technician suggested that I run an Enzyme treatment throughout my house (all sinks and toilets) which we did and he left me with another container to do the following month. Since that time I have had no problems with the water running through my pipes and out to the sewer system. I live in an area with many oak trees and the amount of leaves going into the sewer can cause problems. The technician was knowledgeable and and did not pressure me into buying anything. He simply explained my options and let me make a decision. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future if the need arises (she said with her fingers crossed hoping there will be no need).

Kevin did an excellent job of explaining what could and could not be done. He gave a recommendation without hassling and was trustworthy. He gave a date and they were able to deliver on the date indicated. Everyone was very responsive and customer oriented from the first call. Great co to work with.

Prompt, Professional, and Courteous.

Plumber came out explained the operation of a tank less hot water system, showed my tenant how to use it and only charged a service call. The plumber than called me the property manager and explained the problem and solution and resolved the issue very quickly and professionally.

Very good work provided by Dale and his assistant - work was completed in a timely and professional manner. They cleaned work area after completion and mopped down the floor leading into the house. Will call Scotto Plumbing again for any future needs.

The price was fairly reasonable. They explained the whole system to me on how it worked which is really what I wanted. I signed up for a monthly fee. I pay them $7.95 a month, and if I ever need their services, that money stays in the bank for me or in their bank. It is credited to my account. I have not had the opportunity to use it yet, but they seem to be very professional and thorough. I may have found them in Angie’s List. My overall experience was good. They came when they said they were going to come.
