LOWE'S

Lowe's worked with us to pick tile, mirrors, lighting, faucets, vanity cabinets, etc. from Lowe's products. Then, Lowe's picked Team Farrell to be the General Contractor that did all the organizing and actual tear-out and installation. Thanks to Lowe's all went fine and we did not have to hassle with sub-contractors. It was a turn-key job that went well and looks great.

It was $8000 for the same appliances that I purchased at another provider for just over $6000. I ordered these online. They call you right after you get your order because it's going to be delivered to their store. So they are directly involved. They told me they're going to be ordered and it's going to take at least two to three weeks for them to get to the store. I'm like, "Alright." The day that I close in the house, I call them. They didn't have any of the appliances yet. I said, "Alright." It wasn't a big deal to me because I hadn't moved in or anything yet. Two weeks went by, I called them again. They still didn't have them, not one of them. I asked them, "Why? What's going on?" They couldn't even tell me. They didn't know. But they gave me a date of February 21st as when they will be able to have everything. So, I waited another week because I wanted an answer on why this was going on. I was giving them an opportunity to fix the situation. I actually really liked Lowe's. They're usually pretty good to me, except right then. After another week, I canceled my order. I canceled it and told them to give my money back. That same day, I went to another provider and got what I wanted.

Everything went very well and I'm very happy with the windows.
The workmen were fast and professional and took great care to protect the inside of the house while changing the windows.
It was all done in about 2 hours.

I'm using Lowe's regularly. I have been happy with them, no cons.

Terrible. It took a week of explaining to the salesman that I did not need the installers permission to cancel carpeting a closet.  Then after the sale, I find out the installers don't install on weekends!  Also, they tried to overcharge me by a thousand dollars. I will never do business with them again. It has delayed my move by 3 weeks

We sat down with them and researched the layout of the kitchen. We were very pleased with how they handle it. They made three calls afterward to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend them and use them again.

WE WERE TREATED WITH TRUE GENUINE CARE FROM THE BEGINNING. OUR DESIGNER GAVE US IDEAS THAT WE USED AND RECREATED TO FIT OUR LAYOUT. THE INSTALL TEAM CAME OUT TO DO A FINAL MEASUREMENT OF THE AREA. THE CABINETS WERE DELIVERED ON THE GIVEN DATE AND WERE INSTALLED IN JUST TWO DAYS. THE INSTALLER DID A FANTASTIC JOB WITH EVERY INCH OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE CABINETS, CROWN MOLDING AND CLEANING UP AFTER THE JOB.
