Honka Auto Repairs

I find them to be pricey. The battery should have been cheaper. I bought another cable from them in the past and it should have been cheaper. They diagnosed my car  to need a new part and they didn't get a new part. It was the windshield wiper machine and it turned out that it was just blocked, that's all. I went to AutoZone and fixed it myself. I am not too happy about that. Punctuality, professionalism, I give them an A. When it comes to courtesy or responsiveness I give them an A, because they were there and took care of it right away, very good. It is just that the prices are not that really good. They are pricier than other providers. I just had another work done elsewhere, and it was a good 30% cheaper for similar work. I have more of a trust with the other service provider than I would with Honka and that is just because of my most recent experiences with them. Just overall, they quoted me that I need a new part for my car, when I didn't need it. I found that I just didn't appreciate that. I thought, maybe it is an honest mistake but when you go in and get a battery, the battery could have been a little bit cheaper. I would use them but only if the other providers cannot provide service quicker. I would go to the other service provider first and shop around a little bit more just to find more competitive prices. I trust their work, I just don't necessarily like their prices.

Visit went very well, services were performed in a timly manner as promised.  We would recomend Honka Auto Repairs and will use again.

Had a burnt out tail light. The local Saab dealer said we had to replace the entire assembly, lens and all at a cost of hundreds. Honka's mechanic simply fixed the bulb in 20 minutes while I waited. Will definitely take my car there for future servicing.

The owners are no longer around and the techs are not good. They over charged us. They weren't honest with the prices. They used to be great but since they wanted to go a different direction its not the same.

Their service is great. We really like them and we have always been happy with the work they have done. The price is worth the worked performed. They make sure to give you a product and that is why I continue to use their services. The last time I used them, they dropped me off at my home .They are really nice and willing to work with you. They communicate effectively.

Their service has been great. They are quick. They are very clear about all of the services and charges. They are also very reasonably priced.

I always trust them. They only do what needs to be done.  The price isn't the cheapest but it's the best.

They have an excellent mechanic. Their service is very good.

They did the repair, I felt it was a good price and the work quality was good. I liked them and I will take my cars there again.

bought 3 oil change vouchers from living social online, redeemed them with no problems. they were very courteous and did not push to have any additional work done.

Used a groupon that was for an oil change.  First time I had been here and am very glad that I bought the groupon.  The mechanic was very nice, answered all of our questions, and gave us an honest quote for future repairs.  Will absolutely be back. 

They do a real good job and charge fair prices.
