Top notch. Everything was great. And they gave a $100 gift care.

Not great. We had hired a contractor based on the delivery date of the cabinets. Delivery ended up delayed a couple of weeks because our paperwork was submitted with the wrong address (city and state). This caused issues with scheduling and unnecessary delays. Quality of cabinets for the money was disappointing. For the countertops, we opted for granite, which Home Depot in our area outsources to Stoneworks of Florida. Coordination of ordering the countertops and cabinets was very poor. We ended up without sinks for months. Home Depot gave us a liaison to call if we needed help. She never did anything beyond telling us she couldn't help and to contact Stoneworks directly. First installation went badly. Installers were late, rushing and cutting slabs outside in the rain--seemed anxious to leave. Upon inspection, we found numerous unsightly cracks and issues with chipped granite. We couldn't install sinks, since we expected these pieces would have to be replaced. Stoneworks tech service claimed the unsightly cracks were naturally-occurring fissures (even though they weren't there when we viewed the slabs). They did, however, agree to replace a few of the pieces. That left us w/o sinks for even more weeks while that was ordered. Upon close inspection after the 2nd installers left, we noticed that even though the granite pattern and colors are somewhat similar, the colors AND thickness are different enough to be very obvious where the old and replacement pieces meet in the kitchen. It looks HORRIBLE. It doesn't look like they ordered the correct granite. Also, some of the granite looks discolored (or even burned?) and is placed in obvious places so we see it everyday. We are also finding rough spots where we're assuming the installers missed when applying the sealer. We finally just went ahead and had the sinks installed because we had been without for MONTHS. No one every followed up after installation. And with the difficulty we had and time involved getting Stoneworks to replace the original damaged pieces, we were out of patience and confidence that they would get it right.

They did a good job. It was a good price, the carpet was a good carpet. They were in, came in, and bam bam. Half a day maybe, and two rooms, and got it done. For that absolutely. Well done, and it was at a good price, and that's pretty much it. They picked everything up, they were good.

They are wonderful. I have had some experiences with them for over the past 1 1/2 years. Oh my god they took care of things wonderfully. The manager was fantastic. There was a problem with a paint rebate I was suppose to get. The rebate center was terrible but that wasn't Home Depots fault. The manager got everything straightened out for me. There was some returns I had to do and he was really great to work with regarding a reconstruction project.

It went very well. I like their price. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.

It just came out and looking beautiful. We were very pleased. I would use them again.

My experience with them went well. I prefer not to disclose the amount that I spent on their services.

The clerks at Home Depot are very courteous and they will take you where you want to go. The only difficulty I had with them is on occasion, finding clerks can be somewhat difficult. But when you get one, they'll do everything they can for you.

We had a plumbing leak from a faulty dishwasher that snowballed into a myriad of problems. It ended up with my husband rebuilding the lower cabinets, and consequently, we needed a new countertop. After we finally located a countertop, we had Home Depot perform the undermount of our sink to the new counter. We had a couple of small issues with their subcontractor, but with Home Depot acting as our liaison, everything ended up working out just fine. Additionally, we purchased a new dishwasher from them and had it installed by their delivery people, and the care that they took to secure it for the countertop people was superb. No doubt, we'd hire them again.

We liked the idea of going to a company that is strictly carpet and floor so we didn't use them. But they were excellent. What is good about them is their selection of carpets, the salesman's knowledge and their price.

They did a real good job. They were very professional.

I recently purchased a home. I needed new ceiling fans and other products to up grade our house. On numerous occasions I was assisted by Andy Lalewicz in the electrical parts area. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

I thought that their price was high. His work was perfect as far as we could tell. He put in 3 recess lights, changed another recess light and fixed some under cabinet stuff. I would trust them a 100%.

I am very dissatisfied with them. I designed the bathroom and I got very ill and was in a coma, so they did this work while I was there. I get home and could not wait to get into the brand new Jacuzzi tub. It is amature work and we paid cash and it still hasn’t been corrected, even after we complained. They did a terrible job, nail holes are coming through the ceiling and rusting and it was just done in spring. They did not call when they did the back splash and did not finish crown molding and did the electrical work incorrectly. I was at home and was using a walker and could have done some touch up work, but they did not leave me any touch paint. They told us that the work would be completed in approximately 4 weeks, but it took them 3 months and it is still ongoing. We have made several attempts to contact them and the last communication with them was 3 weeks ago and they were ordering the material and were supposed to be here to finish the work.

He said the seams were in all the walkways + he wouldn't lay it that way + they'd have to come back anyway with enough carpet.So he did 1 room + left + Home Depot told me to come to store to pick an in stock carpet since I HAD to have it in by Sunday to show the house.I refused to go, so they came to me, twice that day.I picked a lesser quality carpet + they assured me they'd be there Sat to install.They didn't show Sat.I was EXTREMELY upset.Said they couldn't get anyone out there + that they couldn't compensate me anything off my bill until the job was done on Mon.He would call me Mon night to discuss this.The job was done on Monday, + as it turned out, they had originally had enough carpet to do the whole job Fri + all of this was for nothing.Now over 1 wk has gone by + I still haven't heard a thing + I have called + left several messages.Home Depot owes me 3 days in which I had to rearrange my schedule to stay home, plus for my aggravation + have done nothing.

Worst experience I ever had. Home Depot could not design the job correctly, could not get the components to the job correctly, granite work was a mess, and Kraft Maid Cabinets were always wrong. Wrong color, wrong size, incomplete cabinets, not designed properly. No one shows up on time. Price is a substantial moving target. Its taking over five months to get a one week job done. Total lack of professionalism in ANY category. Price is high, work is poor.

GOOD SELECTION OF PLANTS, REASONABLE PRICE, THE PLANTS LOOKED HEALTHY. THE AREA WAS ORGANIZED AND LABELED TO MAKE THE SELECTION FASTER. I NEEDED HELP CARRYING THE MERCHANDISE AND THE STORE PROVIDED ASSISTANCE.

HOME DEPOT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON REPLACING OUR OLD CARPETING..THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED IN JUST A FEW HOURS AND THE OLD CARPETING WAS FULLY REMOVED AND DISPOSED OF.
