Jim made an apt. and kept it on time. He was thorough telling how he does the tile cleaning. His price was reasonable. He arrived exactly on time . He was courteous, did not 'hurry up' but took the time needed to do the job correctly. He did an outstanding job. My husband and I are very impressed .Our tile area is very large and looks newer than new. We also had him clean the carpets and again his job was impeccable. He was very careful with our furniture and that is important. You can not go wrong by having him for you.

Fantastic! I just moved into new place with stained carpeting. Jim Pastore contacted me promptly, was able to schedule me quickly, and did a fantastic job of getting all the stains out, and making the carpet look practically new. He was fast, cheerful, and a very hard worker. I plan to use Healthy Home any time the carpet needs to be cleaned.

I liked Jim! He was right on time! He was professional, yet friendly. He did a fantastic job on my WHITE carpets that had become very bad due to so many things, water, animals......I would hire him again. I also like the fact that he will come back if stains come back! I never had anyone agree to that! I would not hesitate to hire this Company!

Personable, on time, and most importantly he achieved good results. His 2-step process of shampooing then steam cleaning took longer than anticipated to dry, with ceiling fans running, but turned out great. I'm surprised his truck-mount system did so well in our 4th floor unit, but I can't argue with success. I've already recommended him to a friend.

Jim was very prompt returning my first phone call, he did a very thorough job cleaning our carpets with "green" cleaners, and we were happy with his work.

Jim is a professional who takes great pride in his work. We will have him back to clean and seal our tile throughout the house.

Other than being over an hour late, the service was great. There are a few spots that did not come out, but I am not sure they can be removed due to stain type.

It was very easy dealing with Healthly Home Carpets. I had carpetting cleaned in a property we own that is out of state. They were there on time, and did an excellent job, I will definately use them again

Very pleased and statisfied with the outcome of my carpet.

Looked okay till the carpets dried, stains came back and socks still black from walking on carpet. Not agreed upon price had to call and ask why price difference and have agreed upon price changed. No pre visit for exact quote.
