Responsive, timely, excellent job getting my property ready for a showing.

We are having a great experience with this company. I really like that the owner reaches out personally with any questions. Unlike other companies where a crew of people come in, this company will assign one cleaner to us which I really enjoy because they get to know what we like and we know exactly who is coming into our house. I also really enjoy the fact that they will charge per hour and not just per job, I do a lot of prep work, so I actually pay less with this service than other cleaning service. They ask if there's anything that we want them to concentrate on when they come. I've always trusted the cleaners assigned to us and I feel like the owner carefully considers who he pairs us with and is a trustworthy business owner.

Disappointing. She arrived 55 minutes late, was amenable, expressed pleasure that she washed front of kitchen cupboards, and when leaving warned us about kitchen floor being wet. However, she left dust bunnies under a dresser, left streaks on mirror and all windows on porch (not a clean rag) and when leaving left dirty rags in kitchen sink (we had to run after her to retrieve them), did not dust one end table in LR.

They are a great company. Everyone we have spoke with from scheduling our initial clean to accommodating our bi-weekly clean, were friendly. We were impressed about the service they provided and hired them. They are worth every penny!
