All Cleaning Solutions

I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, but I must warn anyone in the Yulee, Amelia Island, and Fernandina Beach area so they don't get taken by these frauds as well! So about a month ago I was looking for a cleaning company to help me out with my house. Looking for biweekly cleaning help. I'm a mother of four and just need a little bit of help. Just looking for vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and kitchen cleaning. Nothing crazy! I had seen this business's van outside of my house a few times and thought maybe they're good. I tried to Google them and couldn't find really anything about them. That should've been a red flag! I called and they came within a couple of days for a free quote. They were very friendly and kind. They looked around my entire house and gave me a quote. It was only about $10 over what I was putting my limit at. NOT what I could pay, but what I felt was appropriate for the help I needed. So I asked them if they could take $10 off and they immediately did. A few days later they showed up for the job. I left my house to run errands so they could complete what they needed. About an hour and a half later I received a frantic text from the gentleman. All of a sudden he was claiming that this job is larger than they thought, (now remember they had just seen my house and gave me a quote for what they saw). There was nothing different! Suddenly he was telling me I would have to pay over $100 more than he quoted if I wanted them to stay! I kindly ask them just to finish up with the hours we agreed upon and I paid them that day. One strange thing was they said they would wait at my house until I paid! Who does that? I had my husband pay immediately because I didn't want them to be waiting there. Now fast forward to two weeks later. I realized I hadn't given them my new phone number. I had to change carriers and couldn't keep my old phone number. So the day before I text them to make sure we are still on and give them my new phone number. All of a sudden they tell me they tried to contact me but didn't hear back so they can't do my house now! We had an agreed-upon day and I even agreed to pay them more than their initial quote for me! So I responded that I found that pretty outrageous and could they fit me in at all because I had company coming? Below you will find their response to me. I want to warn everyone to not be fooled by these people. They come across very nice but then all of a sudden are trying to charge you much more than you agreed upon and clearly are unprofessional! Stay far away!!
