very nice, professional, family owned and run business. during the inspection process explained everything in detail and in plain simple language that anyone could easily understand. ie great communication skills including contact the day before the appointment and an hour before arrival as well as a follow-up to make sure everything was okay (anything else need more attention). In a day and age then it is difficult to get even decent customer service, how rare to get such excellent service! Thanks sooo much guys!

I thought these guys were great. Honestly, I wasn't expecting our tile and grout to look as good as it does after the cleaning, I was genuinely surprised and wish I'd done this years ago. I will certainly hire them again, I'd love to do it every year or two. They were also really flexible with timing when I had to reschedule the appointment at the 11th hour.

They did such an awesome job or my floors. They looked brand-new. They also did my shower which really needed a deep clean. It all turned out so great. I will use them again and again

Questions not accurate. This company cleaned and sealed my tile and grout. Angel was great, very good and fast. My floors look great. Robert set the job and worked with me on dates and times. They were all quick and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend to friends. I have set up to have my floors maintained by them in the future. I always appreciate good service.

From start to finish these gentlemen are the very best!!! From the price to customer service to the quality of work I CANNOT say enough! They absolutely transformed our Mexican tile from a dirty mess to the most beautiful clean shiny tiles ever!!! They were quick efficient and still thorough! Kind beyond kind and very patient! My wife and I just purchased our first Florida home. I have used many contractors throughout a 30+ year period in the New York /Long Island area. Signature Services rank among best contractors I have ever dealt with. Professional from start to finish. The job they did for us was excellent. At first we had the grout and tile clean and sealed. Robbie called me (we were still in NY)and told me that the grout had been dyed previously so we could not get it where we wanted it. An he suggested if we like, we could re-color of the grout. It turned out absolutely fantastic.The work they did changed the whole appearance of our house. Thank you very much Robbie, and Robert for having such a professional well run company. Robbie and Billy came out to steam clean 2400 sq. ft. of tile and seal the grout. They were amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, professional and thorough. They did not rush, did an excellent job, took time to explain what they did and how we should care for the floors in the future. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I did a lot of research to hire a company to clean and seal a 3200 square foot home. I contacted Mr. Holland several times. He always returned my calls, answered my questions, and explained the process. He sent Robbie out for the tile job. I just canâ t say enough positive things about Robbie. He is very polite and kind. He answered my questions and explained what he would be doing. I thought the price was very fair and I am trilled with with the final outcome. I highly recommend this company.
