Very professional, courteous service. Removed paint from a floor that was not part of the project!

Can possibly oversell their service and not live up to their promise of results. Initial salesperson did not consider actual condition of tile floor and promise of result could not be achieved. Technicians worked hard to get maximum results and even touched up some baseboards where paint got scratched. Floors definitely looked better after cleaning. My only issue with this company is that initial salesperson gave an unrealistic promise for result which ended in some disappointment. Over all good techs that wanted to please the client but could not.

Very professional work in all aspects. They put my grout back to its original brightness - did it neatly and quickly. The experience was a god one.

Great price! Robert gave us a great in home demonstration on all the different tile surfaces and spent a lot of time on the different options that were available to us. Would highly recommend them and will be using them again!

I gave a 4.5 instead of 5 because I just had the service done and want to make sure the cleaning, sealing and repairing holds up before I can call it a 5.0. All 3 employees were extremely knowledgable about the stone I had and how it should be cared for. They worked with me to achieve a polish/finish I wanted. The work was done in a timely fashion with very good communication and they left my house cleaner than when they arrived! You could tell they took pride in their work and wanted to make sure I was pleased (which I was)! I would certainly recommend them.

Robert and Angel were both great. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. They worked us in on a tight schedule, and the work was top notch. They had all of the necessary equipment (no rental gear), and the floor finish came out exactly as we discussed. Fair price for the quality of work.
