Excellent!!!

I would recommend this company as they were able to work with me because my 20 year old outdoor travertine actually did not produce a natural shine after cleaning and polishing, in order to even out the look Robert was able to provide a product that did exactly that and created that natural low sheen that I was looking for. Signature Floors is a very conscientious company that stands by their workmanship and offers a challenging situation options to satisfy the customer in anyway, that alone, is plenty reason to recommend Signature Floors

I am very grateful to Robert and his staff at Signature Services Floor care and Cleaning. They helped me in my time of panic. I hired another company to clean my grout and tile. They were in my empty house 30 min. They left my tile with a chalk/fog film and what looked like spot marks on tile. I attempted to fix the problem for 5 days. In a panic I got on Home Advisors found Signature Services. Robert contacted me in less then 1 hour. I explained my situation. Robert juggled his busy schedule to come to the house that same day. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate about my fears of my ruined tile. He tested several tiles with his product. He wanted to make sure he could help me. This was a Wednesday I was flying out Friday and had furniture that was being delivered Monday. Robert again juggled his busy schedule to get my tile cleaned on Friday. I came home on Monday to a very clean floor. No chalk or fog film present. I am very grateful to have found a great honest company. Thank you Signature Services Floor Care and Services

These Gentlemen did a great job. Did forget to put back the area rug, but no big deal. They did what they said they would do. Although my daughter moved a lot ahead of time. I would hire them again, I just would not buy the insurance , unless they moved more items, like the china and the blown glass, that my daughter and I moved.

Robert Holland called me on a Thursday. On the next day, Friday, he and his cleaning tech, Minelli, did a fantastic job of cleaning and making minor repairs to my long neglected walk in shower. The repairs were more than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend them.

Signature Services were on time, did a great job cleaning our carpets throughout the whole house. Would recommend using them and would use them again.

Arrived 40 minutes late, but did call to advise me. Did not get 2 professional people for job - one pro and one teenager. Equipment in disrepair- hose sprung leak and wet my bar stools. Other piece of equipment failed. Job could not be completed. I paid for what they had done even though it was messy. Boss called apologetic and wanted to reschedule to complete work. I do not want them back! Unfortunate experience.

Our tech was very professional, explained how he was going to clean the grout, tile and carpet. He showed me progress during the job. He was very pleasant and courteous. Job well done.

We received 3 estimates from Home Advisor to clean all flooring in our condo, 20 year old tile in kitchen and baths and 20 year old carpet elsewhere. Tile surrounds in baths also needed grout repair and cleaning. Robert explained what they could do and realistic expectations for old surfaces. He was very professional and we appreciated his candor. His price quote was also very fair and we decided to hire his company. Angel did an excellent job of bringing old carpet back to better than we expected. Devon was a magician with grout and repaired and cleaned our baths better than they have looked in years. Wish we had done this years ago. We would recommend this company to everyone, they went above and beyond expectations.
