Signature Services Floor Care & Cleaning

One of the best contractors/service companies I ve ever hired. Owners came out for initial site visit and an owner was present during the entire job. They were able to get my floors back to looking brand new. It was a 3 step process and every step of the way they ensured I was happy with the work. After the crew left, Robert (co-owner) followed up with another call to be sure I was satisfied. Amazing company. 🙌🙌

They arrived later than their scheduled time, however, they did call to say they were running late. The Techs were professional and friendly. My only disappointment was that I had to point out areas that were missed in several rooms. I don't know if because they arrived late to the job on a Friday afternoon they were rushed to leave or if this is standard practice. They did clean the areas that I pointed out without complaint. I would definitely use them in the future, however, i would recommend inspecting the finished product prior to the Tech leaving.

The two young men arrived on time, worked consistently, and did a perfect detailed job. They were polite, listened carefully to my questions and concerns and completed the work to beyond my expectations. I am so pleased with the precise completion of the cleaning, scrubbing and polishing of my Mexican tile floors. Thank you.

This company is well represented by the two techs who did the work. They were personable and engaging. I had them clean and seal approximately 2500 Sq Feet of time throughout the house. I'd make just one suggestion: Put all quotes in writing even though I had no issues with the final bill.

This is a family owned business and the workers took pride in doing a great job.

Really nice people.. Very good about answering all my questions . Very accommodating about adding more projects I realized I needed while they were there. The cleaning made a big difference and well worth the money spent. Would definitely hire them again . This was my first time using home advisor.

They were very friendly and very up front about everything, down to the last detail. Answered every question we had. They took pains to get here quickly at our request and then did an extremely thorough job. I knew the floors in our new house were dirty, but I didn't realize how dirty until I saw them cleaned. They saw some grout damage while they were at it and offered to fix that for us. Overall it was a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend.

The tech did everything we expected. Very friendly and a source of good advice. We did have to do some follow up cleaning of baseboards where the steam pressure wash had deposited dirt. Also the job was done within the time estimate which we definitely valued.

Great job. They made a ten year old tile floor which was not properly sealed before look like new. The grout is so clean you hardly notice that it s there. They worked quickly and neatly. I highly recommend them and I would call them again if I need additional work done.
