They are dishonest!

I called to schedule service and was told I would be worked into the schedule for the next day. So far so good. Awakened by a telephone call at 7:10 am the following morning and told that the technician would arrive in half an hour. That didn't sound like it was to be worked into the schedule! The tech arrived and found that a switch needed to be thrown under the panel box in the garage. Okay, one problem solved. He then went into a lengthy discussion of why the newer LED light was blinking and another was out. He stated that the central contact needed to be bent to make contact with the base of the LED bulb. He said he would do this for all of the five bulbs in question. He replaced the dead bulb with my own CFL bulb and flipped the switch and everything was fine. The lights were then turned off because the kitchen was not needed for use. A short while later when the lights were turned on again, another light began to blink. He was kind enough to check the fluorescent fixtures in the garage and mentioned that some of the bulbs were bad. Total time on the job: one hour. The bill came in at $375. I call this unconscionable !!!

Donald and james were wonderful! they were very professional,knowledgeable answered every question I asked and cleaned up before leaving. I am so very pleased and will always use Mr. Sparky in the future!

Technician was very friendly and answered every question, explained what was going on and gave me pointers for my DIY efforts. I didn't hire him to do the actual replacement but he did a great deal of troubleshooting for me and made the house safer, which was the real reason for bringing an electrician in. The estimate for the repairs was a bit more than expected but since I had done electrical work before, I was able to complete the repairs myself and do it safely.

It was a relatively simple project an experienced electrician. Replacing a circuit breaker.

Very knowledgeable and experienced, and communicate well with their customers. The front office was really professional and on top of it. Compared to the last electrician I had, like night and day. Because they care about the quality of work they do, I would hire them again.

The two men who came to our home were extremely professional and polite. They also took the time to ask exactly what I wanted and answer any questions I had. I have already referred them to several family members and friends in the area. I will ask for the two of them on my next project.

Charges us $80 to flip one switch in breaker box! Then tried to scare us into replacing two breakers At a ridicules price, then to top it off wanted almost $700 for a whole house surge protector. Same one you can buy for $100 at Home Depot. Don't be fooled by their ad, one of the highest prices around!

A little expensive! But, as the saying goes - "you get what you pay for".

JOB well done but, a little pricy ! But they did come down .

Very courteous...came on time.....work done quickly...had all parts needed on his truck. Would definitely use again.
