They called me immediately and scheduled a convenient time. The tech was prompt and helpful, courteous and cleaned up after his work. I would call him again.

Very professional, trust worthy and excellent service. The electrician sent to my house was very good. Had a big job to preform and did it successfully. I am very happy I chose Mr. Sparky for my job and would refer any one to them.

Mister Sparky electricians were on time and completed the work (replacement of a light switch) in no time. Communication was super. My only reservation with respect to "value for the money" would be the cost, which I was not informed of until they were at my home, and for which the company has a flat, pre-determined rate that Mister Sparky had refused to give me at the time of scheduling. A bit too expensive for me. Of course, for a complicated job requiring skill and knowledge, my view might be different.

I was a recruiter for Mister Sparky Electric years ago and although, I believed that the company did great work in hiring and training their technicians, I was still pleasantly surprised at the Technician's professionalism and candor. I would definitely recommend Mr. Sparky to others. They are a top notch organization.

"They were very knowledgeable, corrected a problem that I didn't even know existed.

Dealing with the office was very frustrating. They couldn't provide a labor rate and kept insisting an electricin would visit and give firm quote. I couldn't get them to acknowledge a quote would be composed of labor and materials with labortion cost equalin hour times a rate. You then had to agree to a $60 charge to get an "exact" quote which I thought was outrageous. In all fairness, the tech was very knowledgeable and did a fine job.

I am pleased with the work, but need to call them to come back because the new light fixture in the hall flickers when the newly installed dimmer is on low. I did not proceed with installing 2 wall brackets for TVs because the estimate that included this project brought the total projected price to well over $2,000!

Very good service, but price seemed high, especially when they discovered there was not a problem, rather a 'tripped' switch which took less than 10 minutes of total time and charge was in excess of $200.
