Be careful, with this company, they over promise and under deliver. Our one-day install turned in to 3-day ordeal. We were scheduled for a later date then I was asked us to push up our install. We accommodated their request. When the installers arrived they did not have all of the materials to start the job, the installers needed to make 3 part runs over 3 days. Now, they refuse to finish the job unless they get full payment even though the contract that we signed stated "hereby authorize Mister Sparky Electric to perform/ complete the above-mentioned work for the total amount of $13,200.00 which must be paid in full at time of completion".

I called to have several small things done and one more involved. He took 45 minutes to draw up what it would cost for each. It was extremely high of which I said no way. Since I wanted an outside line put in immediately I advised I would give him half what he quoted of which he said he would check with his superiors because they have different levels of billing. He checked and we met in the middle which was still to high but I did it because I needed done within his two days.

They were very prompt and efficient keeping the status updated each step of the way. Regarding scheduling,etc. However, they were $1000 higher than another quote I obtained from another company but that company was booked for several weeks. I opted to pay more to get the job done sooner.I told the sales rep of the lower quote but they did not offer to match or reduce.
