A very good experience

Marc came as scheduled. We thought it was going to be a simple repair, but it wasn't. He had to make four trips to his vehicle in order to get all the items he needed to repair my solar shade properly. Really well done. Would definitely recommend.

Mark was timely , efficient and pleasant, even thought I didn't place an order that day. When I called later to place the order, it was 1,2,3 and they were here. It was a difficult installation, which was handled perfect by the installer.

Marc Broder understands what the client is looking for with window coverings. We were unable to repair a broken clutch in one of our shades. So, we needed to purchase two new matching shades for the room. Marc is extremely efficient and found an excellent match for replacement shades. His installer, Ed has had years of experience. With an older home and challenging concrete walls, Ed was able to do an excellent install-- quickly and efficiently. We were so impressed that we ordered additional shades for sliding glass doors. Prompt arrival, good technical and customer skills

Project was to install Panel shades for a sliding glass door, in which my wife and I tried to previously install. Marc was actually early for the appointment, evaluated the situation and preceded to complete the work in timely manner.
