installation was today. so far everything has gone as promised.

Marc responded immediately to my request on homeadvisor. We scheduled an appointment for the same day and he showed up on time. He recognized the problem immediately and only charged me a service call to fix it. He was very courteous and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

The sales representative was very helpful and very accommodating! He wanted to close our purchase and agreed to change a rack instead of selling us blinds when we did not need new ones. The work was very professionally done and we are very pleased with our new blinds.

The only thing I can add besides the positives is I wish I had spent more time discussing my shutters with Mark before ordering them (may have saved some dough (: and am not sure if that's anybody's fault. I had to make a change in the order after figuring out I wasn't getting exactly what I wanted. But, I ended up feeling pleased about the end result. The guys who installed were great and I'd most definitely recommend Universal .
