I initially wanted Plantation shutters, but Mark took one look at my room and suggested blinds because of the size and price. They were installed a few days before he promised but who can argue with prompt, efficient service. My house looks new!

Universal Blinds installed all my blinds in 1994. This is the first time I have had to call for a repair. One blind just needed to be lubricated and damage from a roof leak caused problems with the other blind. Mark arrived early which was fine with me. He was very proficient. I highly recommend the company for their blinds and repair.

Blinds were just installed today and, so far am pleased with whole experience of dealing with Universal. Very professional.

Did a great job and got everything working. Was here for a little over an hour and the charge was 275.00. A bit steep. Said they only charge by job and not by time. However, I would call them again if I have a problem but ask for price upfront.

Universal provided great customer service; they were responsive and installed the plantation shutters timely. The price was reasonable and very competitive.
