I got a call from the company minutes after I selected them on home advisor.com. They came out a few days later and I needed new blinds in my kitchen. The day of installation, the installer was at my home on time but he had inadvertently been given the wrong order. He returned with my new blinds within 3 hours. An honest error with good service. I recommend this company to others.

Showed up on time. I think Mark was having a bad day. Started out by showing me what was needed. Gave me a price of approx. $150. The price ended up at $170. He had to do the job twice because he hit the door jam and broke a part, causing him to take the rod apart for a second time. This is what happens when service companies overbook and rush jobs in an attempt to rake in the money! The invoice wasn't itemized and at the end, an additional $20 was slapped on. I paid the bill, but never again. I'll do it myself, not to save money, but to avoid frustrating events.

Marc was very thorough. Explained all possibilities. He contacted me as soon as I placed the request on Home Advisor. He was on time with initial appt and delivered when he said he would. He even covered up the window with a sheet so we have privacy until blinds arrived.
