My initial in-home consultation was with the owner, Marc, who is very personable, professional, and sincerely motivated to do business and stand behind his work! He offered a very competitive and fair price. This company is very responsive to customer needs and their personnel always showed up either just a little bit early or on time. Their products are manufactured locally, so in case anything does go wrong, they are able to rectify any potential problems immediately. I’m very happy with my new plantation shutters... they look beautiful and are of excellent quality. Thanks to everyone at Universal Blinds and Shutters for providing me with excellent service and a very attractive upgrade to my home!

Mark was fantastic! He got back to me right away and showed up early to our appointment. He is very friendly and easy going and honest. His guy came a couple weeks later to install our blinds and again showed up early and got the job done. Blinds work great service was great. Worth every penny.

Marc was great. He was professional and corrected mom’s blinds to her satisfaction. That was all I asked.
