Marc called me promptly once Home Advisor posted my request for a vertical blind repair. We made an appointment and he showed up on-time, if not a little early. He evaluated the problem and indicated the repair would cost $10 plus $75 for the service call. Once he got into the repair, he discovered that the repair would be more extensive than he had originally anticipated but he stuck to his original price quote. I was very pleased with his work and the extra effort he had to put in to implement the repair.

He responded to my request online, called me and set up an appt. to install a wood cornice I personally had made and even showed up early! I couldn’t be more satisfied! Thank you, Mark!
