Marc is great! This is the second time we've used Universal Blinds and am thrilled with their work. The shutters are beautiful the quality is excellent. We also got power blinds that are great!! The installer is neat, curtious and quick. Would highly recommend!

It seemed overpriced at $160 to repair chain and cord which took less than 15 minutes but very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Iâ m considering plantation shutters for my triple slider but based on the simple repair price, itâ s doubtful that they could come close to my budget.
